She will make a post crying detailing & blaming her clients for having to cancel/ reschedule as if life can't happen for you . Should you have to cancel/reschedule she will charge you a 50 or 100% of your service fee "depending on the situation " she said so basically what she feel like charging you will depend on how she feels . I've been getting my lashes done by Lesly for a while now. And she is just WONDERFUL! A month ago I had a bad anxiety attack and decided to pull off not just my extensions but my real lashes along with It. I was DEVASTATED, with my appointment being 3 days later I texted her and told her I might have to get them removed because I basically have nothing left. I've had a lot of bad experiences with eyelashes not because of the after care but because of the artist themselves. There's many out there who are doing eyelash services at home and aren't using the right products and not having the proper application training. I've been going to Les for over a year now and she saved my lashes! She is very knowledgeable and really educates her clients on how your eyelashes should feel and gives the right aftercare. Other services I've gotten here are permanent powder brow eyebrows. The artist I went to see was Millie. She did an amazing job! I love my eyebrows! Millie is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. She walks you through the whole procedure so you know what to expect. She also gives you proper aftercare. Filling my eyebrows has always been the one makeup routine that I dread and now I don't have to bother with them. I highly recommend seeing these two ladies. They are amazing! read more

I have been going to Beauty Castle for my lashes for more than 2 years. I love how my lashes always turn out especially since I like them to be fluffy and have a lot of volume. I don't think I can ever go to any lash place honestly. I get compliments all the time for my lashes and have referred at least 10 girls to get their lashes done here. The price is so reasonable too especially for the great quality. The lash artists are also nice and accommodating too, just keep in mind they need 24-48 hours to respond to your message. They have grown a lot from the past 2 years and have expanded their space and added more artists. Ive been looking for a spot near by to get facials done. I didn't realize how close the beauty castle was to where i live! Gabby did an amazing job! I struggle with large pores and black heads on my nose the most and she was absolutely phenomenal. She took her time through out my whole facial and carefully explained what she was about to do and put on my face. I had such a great experience with her my face has never looked better! UPDATED REVIEW: This was my first time getting extensions. The girls working here are indeed talented, however I feel that the type of lashes they do are limited. I had wanted a more natural, shorter look--which I expressed ahead of time and was told that was fine. While my lashes did turn out well, they were still very long and dramatic. Shortly thereafter, my eyes progressively did not tolerate the lashes well. After a few days of my lashes itching/hurting, and flaking--I wanted them off, as my symptoms were getting unbearable. I initially was not entirely pleased with how the salon handled my potential reaction, so much so that I went to another salon to have them removed. However, the owner very kindly reached out to me to personally apologize, provide a full refund, and offer a free set of lashes in the future if I ever wanted them. It's very clear Hayley cares deeply about her business and making sure her customers are satisfied, this gesture truly made a world of a difference to me. At the very least, I would consider doing your research so you can be as clear as possible with the artist on what you want. The lashes that were put on me appeared to be too thick/heavy for my natural lashes. While this was purely my own experience, you should always remember that lash extensions are no joke and can seriously damage your lashes if not done correctly. read more

I went in to get some microblading done. I'm completely new to this, but I did go in knowing some what about it after my research. With the help of my wonder brow tech Millie, she walked me through the difference between Microblading and Powder Brows. She walked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I love this place so much. I started going after they lifted the salon regulations during Covid. I've always found that they're super Covid conscious and clean. I've gotten a couple things done here, facials with Gabby and I routinely get lashes with Katie. The great thing about coming here is that there's so many different lash girls at different experience levels and price ranges. You can truly find someone that's perfect for you. I've paid all the way up to 500 a set to achieve perfect lashes, but no one I literally mean NO ONE compares to the work Hayley does. It blows my mind how young and talented she is.
