During the eyebrow threading session, the lady was on the phone while I specified how clean cut and no arch for my eyebrows - natural subtle request. She messed up and threaded off hair from my natural shape in the center and did not pay attention to my complaint. This may have been avoided with more focus and less multitasking. I would not go again here unfortunately. read more

This lady burned both the client's eyebrows and looks like a surface burn and looks like it's about to scab. The lady has a very unappealing look and she burned my skin these people need to be stopped. The quote on quote vibe was way off. read more

Went to Jill's Brow Studio 2311 s Cicero. I grew my eyebrows out for a while and came here excited to get them done. She took a chunk off my eyebrow and tried to charge me full price for the service. I told her she took too much off and she said my eyebrows were thin. I said, I know my eyebrows are thin, BUT I didn't have a missing chunk. She said sorry dear and continued to charge me full price. I come here very often to get my regular threading and tinting. The customer service here was never extraordinary but my recent visit was not good at all. There are two women who work here and one of them is just completely unprofessional. Talking on the phone while doing someone's eyebrows and burping multiple times. That wasn't even what bothered me the most. While I was waiting for my eyebrows to finish tinting, they were just watching videos and chatting, so the girl doing my eyebrows forgot about me and my eyebrows got wayy too dark. She also got alcohol in my eye while removing the tint and when I told her she didn't even do anything or say anything about it. Pretty ridiculous. I will not be returning. read more

This place is the worst. They don't know how to shape your eyebrows, they have very bad attitudes and they don't greet you when you walk in. So ignorant and unprofessional. I will never return to this dump and to top it off they don't let you use the restroom. What real business doesn't allow their customers to use the restroom? Really? So tacky but not surprising. I walk into Jill's eyebrow studio. The patriot asked me to sit in her chair after just servicing a customer prior to me, she then asked me to have a seat. I asked her to wash her hands. She didn't told me that she use hand sanitize. I asked her because she had die on her hands and she just serviced another customer that she needs to wash her hands before performing any type of service for me. She asked me that I wash my hands. I had an attitude I didn't get up and left. I would never in 1000 years, return to this establishment or anyone that has patronize this particular business and I have the same have experienced the same service that I have please speak on this so that we know not to patronize someone who has no customer service or any hygiene to know that she washed her hand each and every time after a service and before servicing the next customer the quality of this service was extra poor and I will never ever service this particular salon.. read more

Super clean work and I have beautiful eyebrows However, the lady who did it was extremely slow. I've been getting my Face threaded for at least 15 years by a lot of different people and salons, at least once every 2 months. This was by far the only super painful experience ever. 24 hours later my skin is still super red with a lot of small zits all over. I wonder if they used the wrong type of thread or her being so slow reallllly wasn't in my favor. read more

Do NOT go here for waxing! One of the worst waxing jobs I have ever experienced - the woman got wax on my undergarments, used a roller that was almost empty/didn't have enough wax on it so it pulled at the skin on my legs the whole way through, and she clearly doesn't have training to wax because not only did she not apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth at times but she pulled the wax strips up from the skin as opposed to holding the skin taut and pulling as close to the skin as possible. Furthermore, she didn't hold the strips down for more than a second before removing them, often resulting in having to re-wax an area because the hair didn't come out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this studio for waxing - absolutely awful. read more

I always walk in to do a Brazilian and is now told I need a appointment because there is one person , every time I go in there is aways one person and they usually do it . I come here to get my eyebrows done. They clean them up very nicely but one thing that I wasn't happy with is how they do eyelashes. I asked for individuals and when they were done, my eyelashes looked like they were filled with glue. It did not look natural at all. They don't last very long either. Went for a Brazilian and full legs. I've been doing it for over 2years monthly and since this place was affordable and super close to home I decided to give it a shot. The leg waxing took 3x what it usually takes at other places and when I do it myself. The wax was barely hot and only a super thin layer was applied. She applied the wax on the whole section (front shin and sides) and proceeded to remove with the same strip. She proceeded to say that if it was okay that she left the thin hairs behind.As the tech was putting the oil on my legs I pointed out she missed both knees. She asked if I wanted it done. Who waxes or shaves their legs and leave their knees hairy?! When it came to my Brazilian she asked if I wanted hard wax or soft wax? At this point I said whatever is easiest for you. She went with the hard wax and applied globs without spreading it and didn't create a lip to pull. Never was my skin held taught (not even for the legs) she gave up with the hard wax and went with the soft wax since she was struggling with the hard wax. Over all it took 1.5 hours for both. I went home and realized I still had a ton of wax left behind on my legs while the price point is cheaper for this neighborhood. I thought I was saving time by avoiding my usual spot (Devon and Western) but ended up spending more time. I gave them two stars because whatever hair was removed was pretty painless. read more

Went in to get my eyebrows done and I absolutely loved it. Bhymi was amazing she fixed my eyebrows after my old salon messed them up. Would definitely return I think Bhymi just stole me from my 10 year eyebrow lady! She definitely has a loyal customer in me now!!!! read more
