They look so much more natural to me. This look is more for getting length as opposed to volume. If you like the whole full strip look, you should go elsewhere. However those lashes are awful for your real lashes and need to be maintained differently. I come in for a touch up every three weeks and I have been so very happy with every appointment. It's $80 for the initial set and $50 for fills. The reason the price is so cheap is that she operates out of her garden apartment. Which is totally fine with me. She's super conveniently located and street parking directly in front is always available. If you arrive to your appointment early, it's best to wait in your car and check your phone, as there really isn't much in terms of a waiting room. She's in the garden unit to the side of the house (so don't go to the front door). Let's get her all booked up so she can rent out a proper studio, however I am totally fine with going to her place if it means I only have to pay $50 every three weeks for perfect lashes!

The shape was uneven, the color did not match the reference, and the design details were not executed well. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I went here to get my lash extensions removed. The lady was really nice when I first came in, but…read moreonce she put the remover on my lashes, she went straight onto TikTok Live and basically stopped paying attention to me. The remover was left on way too long, and at one point she came over and rubbed it into my lashes with her bare fingers. After sitting there for around 15 minutes, I finally had to call her over and ask how much longer it would be. She then started removing my lashes rather aggressively and got the remover in my eyes. It burned so badly that I couldn't keep bear it and had to sit up and it was just awful and i was cursing and all this things because of how bad it was. She tried wiping it away with a wet cotton pad, but it just made the burning worse (mixing the water and the BURNING solution into my eye). I ended up having to go into their bathroom to rinse my own eyes out, and the bathroom was honestly disgusting so that sucked too. The craziest part is she didn't even remove all of my lash extensions. She charged me $25 like everything was fine and didn't apologize once. I sat in my car for a few minutes, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized I shouldn't have paid for a service that wasn't even completed and left me in so much pain. I went back inside to ask for a refund, and she immediately started arguing with me. She kept saying the burning was "normal." I've had my lashes done and removed before, and this was way beyond normal irritation. Her only solution was to have me sit back down so she could finish removing them, which I obviously wasn't comfortable with after what had just happened.When I asked to speak to someone else, she said she was the manager. She just stood there asking me what I wanted, and when I asked for a refund, she shrugged and refused. I honestly don't know if they're properly trained or certified to be doing lash removals. Leaving chemicals on while you're distracted on TikTok Live, using your bare hands around someone's eyes, and sending someone home with lashes still on after getting remover in their eyes is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back and will be escalating this issue to the city. Such a terrible attitude for 25 dollars, they must be desperate.
