I recently completed a survey to receive a discount coupon from Great Clips. After receiving the…read morecoupon, I went to the only Great Clips location I trust at 8855 S. Emerson Ave in Indianapolis. When I presented the coupon at checkout, I was told it "wasn't working." Only then did I discover it was restricted to a single specific Great Clips location. I submitted a complaint through the company's website and was informed they "could NOT" honor the discount at my location and that I should have read all the fine print. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I was willing to drive across town to use the coupon, but after this experience and the attitude I received, Great Clips has now lost my business -- over a $6 coupon and a loyal, long‑time customer who will no longer recommend this company.
