I will admittedly say that I should not have gone during this time, but the service I received made it worse. I chose it because it's located nearby to where I live, the ratings were decent, and the price point was a little bit more affordable than others in the area. I arrived and the woman who was going to be working on my lashes was not wearing a mask. I stood far enough away from her, but it wasn't until she realized that I was kind of uncomfortable that she put hers on. She did sanitize her hand with what looked like hand sanitizer, and brought me back to the room where she'd be doing my lashes. While I was there, she had a "friend" hanging out in the other room who would pop in and out to flirt with her while she was working on me. They were blasting kind of vulgar music throughout the space, and don't get me wrong I pretty much listen to anything--it's just not the vibe you want while in a cosmetic appointment to be pampered. While she was working on my lashes, I was consumed by the smell of cigarette smoke on her and her clothing. To each their own, but I left CC's Lash Lounge wreaking of cigarettes (I don't smoke). To round it all out, I got home and realized she hadn't even finished my lashes. I went in asking for a classic set, very natural looking without a ton of volume. She apparently decided to run with that, because she only put an extension on probably every 4th or 5th lash. From looking at me straight on you could see length, but up close you could see gaps of my lashes between the long extensions. It looked terrible. Not to mention that the extensions I did have fell off entirely in about 2 weeks. I paid $120 including tip (no idea why I tipped her) for a half-assed job and a bad experience. Save your money, and go somewhere else.
