I've definitely found my new go-to nail salon after living in Boston for 2 years now. I always saw the sign when driving in Saugus and when I looked it up on Yelp, I thought I'd give it a try. Their online booking service was extremely convenient and someone called me within a few minutes to confirm and ask if I would like to come 10 minutes early, which was fine by me. The space is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. There is a lounge/bar area with retail, and the actual pedicure stations are in the back area. I'm not sure if the food/drink perks are discontinued because of covid, or if/when they're planning to bring it back though. They have a huge selection of polish and different services to choose from. I got a silky milky pedicure which was lovely. They even give you nice slippers to walk around the salon in (instead of those foam flip flops that most salons use). For the price, everything was beyond worth it. I paid $80 including about a 25% tip, which was more than fine by me considering I've paid $50-60 at other salons for a subpar pedi that doesn't include any of the fun stuff (hot stone, scrub, towel wrap). They also do monthly specials (this month they were having a raffle). Plus, it saved me the anguish/frustration of doing my own toes! Overall, I am very pleased and will be back! read more

Scheduled an appointment for same day. Parking is limited and shared with Kane's donut, F45 (fitness place) and general parking. Parking spots are labeled for each business, and there is a general parking area. The spa is lovely inside, each part of the spa dedicated to a service provided. The areas are clean and quiet. You are given the choice of a complimentary drink once seated. Pedicures include Velcro slides so you don't have to worry about smudging your toes trying to slide into a pair of thong flip-flops. The manicure area is awesome and you have hundreds of polish colors to choose from (even Christian Louboutin sets). Very impressed! read more

The technicians I've had have been great. But I needed an appointment for a repair. I called to make the appointment and obviously a slight language barrier but the lady was not listening to me and talked over me. I told her the conversation was going well and she said, "I must be having a bad day and I didn't need to come there anymore". I may know the reason it always looks empty when I was there. Wow. Lavanda is an exquisite establishment in which I receive all of my services. The business is well run and provides top of the line products with a white glove service. I've never experienced anything but top of the line service I see on here a complaint which I find extremely difficult to believe. If there is anyone that ever had an issue both the staff and owners would absolutely accommodate any concern you have with the up most respect and refund with proof of service. The staff are treated just as well as customers. They are great managers that have created an establishment that is professional, friendly, ultra modern and ahead of its time when it comes to operations and employee treatment and retention. read more

Great nail salon if you're looking for a more upscale experience! The space itself was gorgeous and felt super spacious. There was also a bar area I think? My technician was sweet and polite and she really took her time with my gel manicure. I was pleasantly surprised when she walked over with a tray of little cups filled with lotions/masks/scrubs. Needless to say, my hands felt amazing by the end of it all. A little bit of a splurge but will definitely be back for a Mani/Pedi this summer. Oh and they also have a parking lot! read more

I am SO excited by this place! Everyone I've encountered who works there is incredibly friendly and kind. I went in with one idea of a nail design, and the nail technician was honest that it probably wouldn't look as good on my shorter nails. I appreciated that instead of her doing it and me being unhappy. I gave her a theme and told her to do whatever she thought would work best - and thank goodness I did! They came out better than I could have imagined. I even had a small issue where when of my gel nails started peeling and they took me in ASAP to correct it. I can't wait to go back! read more

I have been searching for a new nail salon and I am SO HAPPY to have found Lavanda!!! I would consider myself a perfectionist when it comes to my manicure/pedicure and I do not have a single complaint. The salon is gorgeous and sparkling clean. I made an appointment easily online for the next day and Ivy was amazing. She took her time and paid attention to every little detail to perfection but the service itself moved on time as expected. The space was beautiful and the staff was friendly enough. I was hopeful that I'd found a new place for a spa pedicure for $56...but then I got the bill. I expect an up charge for gel, sure. But $12 to take gel off and $20 to put gel on...that's $32 total just for the gel issue. Ridiculous. This was the most expensive pedicure of my life. $88 + tip? Absurd! And not once did anyone mention the additional costs, not when they called to confirm nor at the desk at check in. read more

Showed up to LavanDa after thinking that I had made an appointment. They could not locate my appointment in the computer, as I had made a mistake and scheduled it for the wrong day. They were able to accommodate my appointment anyway. Although they are a bit pricey compared to other salons in the area ($65 for dip removal/manicure), the quality is exceptional. Went in for a pre-vacation pedicure. They have different treatments you can get depending on your skin type and needs. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and spacious. Accidentally smudged a nail and they fixed it without question. Would 100% go back. read more

They moved back to their smaller location, and the ambiance is not the same. My experience this time seems to explain the move, as their service has worsened. I had an appointment with a friend. We both were sat at a pedicure station, with foot soak started. The tech came over in. A few minutes to start my pedicure- my friend was left sitting there for 25 minutes with no attention and no explanation of why no one was coming. When the tech finally appeared there was no apology either. Why make an appointment for two people at the same time if you cannot service them? This is a pricey salon, and with the service now being lesser than in the past, I will certainly look for another salon. It is no longer worth the higher price. read more

I'm visiting the area short term and read every review before selecting who to work with. I'm very particular about caring for my naturally long nails, and I've been happily using the dip powders as it works for me and my nails are great. Evie is the only person I choose and that from a previous review. She's got a spirit of excellence in her. Listens to my desires for designs/final result and she's very detail oriented. No bulky profile dip nails! I will keep seeing her while I am here! Had to come in for a repair just before my nails needed to get done and the girl who attended me did a great job too. I booked an appt and was told I had to give a deposit I was not told how much. I have had to cancel my appt due to illness but was told if I did not rebook in one week I will lose my 50.00 deposit.I was never told this and It is not on their website. All it say is cancelation less then 24 hours notice or no shows you forfeit $50.That is how you treat a new client. read more

The most beautiful nail salon in MA hands down! Spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Hanna, the manager, is very professional, polite and kind. Every single detail in the salon has been meticulously designed - from the nail stations, polishes, sandals to the gift cards - The complimentary drinks are a plus! Do not make your appointment online. Had a set appointment and the appointment was for 45 mins long for a gel manicure. The person before my appointment was running behind 15 mins. So my 45 min appointment turned into a 30 min appointment. I showed the nail technician what I wanted then she showed the male receptionist what I wanted and stated there was no time to do what I wanted because of how busy they are. During this time there were three nail technician and only 3 customers in the business. This is very frustrating as a new customer. The male receptionist asked if I wanted to come later and why would I want to come later if I was already there. Overall, I did not get what I wanted from the beginning and will not becoming back, very poor service and time management. read more

First i will say,They HAD a beautiful nail salon but it was always empty. They moved back next door to their original location.(very dated) Im not surprised at all they closed. Every time I was in there no exceptions, the owners were fighting with clients, either on the phone or in the salon. Completely unprofessional and rude to the clients. It was shocking!! I could not believe what I witnessed. The girl that did my nails did a good job & thats the only reason I went back. She never talked to me,which was odd, just to ask what shape. Another major problem was the price. They advertise on the website that its $71 for full set dip then $10 to have dip removed, however, they consistantly up charged me & my friend different prices everytime from $96 to more than $100 (just got dip) for a routine service that typically cost no more than $50 anywhere on RT 1. One time I got a simple design on one nail & they charged me $35 for it lol I couldnt believe it. When they first opened they served drinks so I get it that they charged extra but that stopped over a year ago & they moved next store but still think they can get that high price.The new location was called coral nails before & its same owner. There are so many places to get nails done & to pay the prices they are charging is crazy. The service is horrible and I strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere. You will get more for your money ANYWHWERE else for sure, they are ripping people off here. And its a matter of time before this place closes too! read more

I had the best experience here. Hayden was so attentive, friendly and took his time on both my hands and feet. This nail salon is top notch, everything was so clean and organized. I would say be prepared to spend a little bit of money but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a VIP experience while looking to feel relaxed, this is the place ! I visited Lavanda Nails & Lashes Lounge today to have eyelash extensions applied for the first time. I had a lovely experience. The spa is gorgeous with its high ceilings and glamorous chandeliers and decor. I was very comfortable and even given a blanket. The music and ambiance made me feel relaxed, I almost fell asleep during my appointment. Helen did my lashes for me. She did a wonderful job. I selected the Classic Natural Lashes and she assured me that the final look would be just that and it was! I love my results and plan on returning to try a mani & pedi. read more

The place is a ripoff, over price place with "complementary " drinks that they get paid with all the other charges, it cost to breath there not to mention extra $10 for a line in two fingers nails and called it "simple nail art" that is a no no going back there again, one more thing, she forgot to apply the 25% off advertising in their website, when I ask if she did, she said that she'll put a note for my next visit lol read more

Lavanda is hands down the best nail salon! I don't know of any other salon that offers a rose pedicure and puts real rose petals in the water. The salon is absolutely beautiful. Helen is the best!!! His memory is awesome and he knows exactly how I like my nails, which ones need special attention, and random things I've mentioned about my family. He pays great attention to the work and as everyone has already mentioned, his wife is also very sweet. I expect a salon to honor appointments with the technician I book and to listen to my requests instead of ignoring them.
