Was super excited this location opened a few miles away from home instead of driving to Chinatown. As you enter, ambiance is very nice, fresh and subtle. Staff is friendly, they greet everyone as we walk into the facility. Boils down the drinks, you really can't go wrong with the process. As there steps to making it in the back wall. But the food is not the same. A few times I've ordered. The consistency is not there. Most food is over processed. Over cooked or really dry. Definitely need some readjustment on the cooking process. And quantity is also less than the main location. Not sure if it's the same owner or not but you can tell the thought put in is different.

The store is clean, kind of smells like nail salon chemicals though but if you aren't staying long it doesn't really matter. Service is good and helpful if its your first time. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee 10/10 soooo good! I also got the Exotic Mangonada 9/10! Great find and perfect drinks for the hot weather.

Ugly plushy that they said was a free red lunar horse. It was Not free but charged $2 extra and was Not a red lunar horse!

My daughter went to The Bep to celebrate Lunar Year and get 2 large drinks to get the Free red lunar pony. What a SCAM! They made my daughter pay $2 extra for a cup with a plush in it- so it's Not Free as stated. Then she Did Not get a red lunar horse but some ugly plush thing. Waste of $20!! Steer clear of this place at all cost. The drinks were only ok. I can name better tea houses. Will Not be back or recommend.

Great place to chat, with welcoming vibes and ambiance! Love the tea as well. There was a pop-up shop there, which added a cute creative component to the experience.

We came in because I saw online that they were having a free smoothie day in February and came in…read moreat that time. I had called before heading out to make sure they were still doing it, and they said that they were. By the time we got there, they said that they were not doing it anymore, and they ran out of all the supplies. I even told them that I had called before leaving my house and they said that they just ran out. I would have appreciated if they would have checked how much supplies they had before telling people to come up for the smoothies. My family and I drove up there. Multiple people came in after us looking for the free item and turned around and walked away when they did not get it. However, we thought we already drove up there, so we decided to support them. I'm not trying to give a bad review because I did not receive a free smoothie. We bought smoothies for the family so the trip wasn't wasted. My son is a huge mango lover, and that's the one he got and he did not like it at all, although I did not think it was bad. It wasn't sweet and didn't taste like mango. But I digress. One of my daughters got the matcha and we literally all tried it and had to throw it away because no one in our family liked it. I got the spirulina one and I liked the color, but it's not something I would particularly go out and get. Overall, I feel like I'm being very relaxed with my review because it ended up being a nice little family outing. But the final straw for us was the bathrooms. The bathroom was not clean and I had to clean the toilet before allowing my child to use it. We saw a man and woman bringing in supplies while we were there, but it got late and we had to go. I'm not sure if they would have even honored making the free drinks at that point anyways, but at this point everyone in our family tried them and did not like it. Free drinks are not why I am disappointed, but more so that that the bathroom was not clean and it smelled weird in there and no one liked their smoothie in our family. I hope they can make it nicer and not close down because it looks like it's a nice establishment in Vintage Park, but they just have to work on cleanliness and having actually good drinks.

I've tried about three different bases but truly my favorite is the vitality blend! It's fruity, refreshing and just tastes really good! IS VITALITY BOWL BETTER THAN EVERBOWL????…read more The Ambiance is cool. Very informative of ingredients. It's quiet and was clean. The Service was good too. The cashier was patient and answered our questions even the ones that were repeated for reassurance. The BOWLS.... My girlfriend got a Medium Vitality Bowl (Rating: 4/10) Base- Açaí Toppings- Granola & Honey (Complimentary), Double Banana, Pineapples, Mango and Peanut Butter She said her fruit wasn't sweet and the pineapples were frozen. The richness of the açaí was lacking. We're used to a certain caliber and standard. AND I got a Medium Vitality Bowl (Rating: 7/10) Bases- Guava and Acerola Blend, Blue Bliss Blend, and Cacao Toppings- Granola and Honey (Complimentary), Banana, Blueberry, Goji Berries, and Almond Butter The Almond Butter was stuck on the inside of the top and wasn't really in my bowl. The Guava and Acerola Blend had frozen pieces in my bowl (might not be a popular option). I could slightly taste the Guava, what I did taste I liked, but I would've like to taste more of it. Cacao flavor wasn't rich either. They also don't have as many options as EverBowl, which is our GoTo açaí bowl spot. However, for some reason they're scarce in the city of Houston. My rating...we definitely prefer EverBowl over Vitality Bowl. We wouldn't return. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERBOWL for sure. Y'all won't be disappointed by the comparison. #HappyConciousHealing Y'all :)

Upon arriving, the employees at the front desk were immediately attentive and explained their menu. They have such a wide variety of things to choose from, which I love, but the taste and presentation is what sealed the deal. Their juice was tongue poppin type of good. Avocado toast was on another level (I added an over medium fried egg and bacon to mine, I was licking my fingers). The waffle was a savory party in my mouth. I also love how they use the waffle maker to make their omelette (which they call a womelette). This is your sign to stop by. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could.
