It's worth a visit to this coffee shop just to see the decor. It's purple everywhere, with mood lighting, mirrors, gothic tchotchkes, creepy dolls, skulls and other fun and slightly ominous curio. There are cool things in every corner, and even though I had intended on getting my coffee to go, I decided to sit for a while because coffee sometimes just tastes better when you're surrounded by cobwebs and broomsticks. I got an Americano, which is usually my go-to if I don't know how strong the house drip will be. The Americano was nice and smooth. I didn't have to wait long at all for my coffee. I visited on a weekday during the morning, and there were two people ahead of me, but the line went fast and my coffee came out quickly.

Or at least I forgot about that fact. I guess I've been limiting myself to the drive-thru for all of my weekly stops. And the newish interior is bright and open. There are so many spots to sit, and it still has the fireplace and patio to congregate in. Most importantly though the drinks are the same. A large dirty Chai latte is my current go-to.
