I am so happy with my lashes!!! I got the UV lash extensions which are supposed to last longer than regular and they actually do! When I get traditional lash extensions, half of them are gone in 2-3 days. Christina TRIPLE CHECKS what style you want and even lets you try on the sizes to make sure you're satified before she does the whole which I appreciated SO MUCH!! Christina SAVED my lashes just in time for my wedding! This was only my second time ever getting lash extensions and the first time was literally the night before I saw her. I came in with droopy, uneven lashes after another lash tech CUT them with scissors after applying them. In a panic at 10pm that night, I found Chateau Luxe Salon on Google and booked a 9am lash removal, a 9:30am consultation, and a full set at 10am for the very next morning. When I arrived, Christina took the time to ask me what I liked and didn't like about my previous set. My lash vocabulary is pretty beginner, so I could barely explain what I wanted but she walked me through everything patiently! We decided on a wispy volume look that she basically freestyled . I've combed through hundreds of lash salons, but Chateau Luxe has the best reviews for a reason. I've been here twice now and will continue to come back regularly. First visit: Christina welcomed me & started asking me about my preferences. I usually let my lash artist take the wheel, so I told her what I like and that I trusted her. I usually nap the entire time, but she is also very good company to talk to while she works -- AND she's so fast! But that doesn't take away the quality of her work. PARKING: near john wayne airport, but private lot in business plaza. ample parking, never had any issues finding parking SCHEDULING: her online schedule system is a breeze to use! i've only had to make changes to my appointment once, I texted her and she was very responsive and flexible with my needs LASHES: the first time i had my lashes done w Christina, I'm really not sure why I was tearing up so much -- not because of the glue or the light, maybe more so due to allergies? Christina was very patient and let me take breaks, used the fan to make sure the glue dried, and even offered a free fix if the lashes didn't stay long because of the teary eyes. But surprisingly, they stayed on! To be honest, I initially chose Christina because of the previous reviews regarding retention -- and those reviews hold true! I have a certain type of style that I like but I always trust my lash artist to take the wheel when trying new things. Christina does an amazing job with trying to understand her clients' preferences. When finished, she offers to fix as needed (more/less volume, more/less wispy, etc). FACILITY: The name Chateau Luxe is the perfect fit. The facility is clean, spacious, and bright!
