They have karts to use for your bottles to transport them to your car.. They have lids if you happen to miss place yours. So I've been going and filling my 5 gal jugs for almost 6 years and every time I walk in there, there is a different person attending the young guys, always very nice and helpful. Some other of the other employees could use some customer service courses online or something. Especially the female that seems to have an ugly attitude and face When I walk in and she has to attend to me. It happened the other day. And I'm getting tired of it. They should learn how to be respectful to everyone and especially not to be talking in whatever language they speak in front of other customers. The Best Water store and prices per gallon in town. At 40 cents per gallon, his store sells water cheaper than Stater Bros and has superior quality as well. Service is always friendly and fast. There are nice drink and snack options, as well as gallon water bottles or 32 oz, 24 oz water bottles, and other options available to purchase if you need more with water included. They have plenty of carts to transport your water bottles to your car, as well as assistance in getting it there if you need it. Excellent service provided at The Best Water in Covina. I usually would give this place a 5 star rating as I love the alkaline water here. I just need to bring it to the owner's attention that everyone there is amazing. Customer service is usually on point. My kids love the snacks and ice cream that we buy there during the warm summer days. But twice we've been serviced by one of their workers named "Cindy" or "Cindi" and the service was horrible. 1st experience: Sir, could you move your bottles and put the new bottles on the counter. They're too heavy for me. Who works at a water store that can't water bottles. I've been serviced by most of the family members that work there and they're all great. 2nd experience: A good 5 out of 7 bottles that we brought in were all wet when we came to pick it up. She was already seated behind the register. Who leaves customer's bottles that way when we come to pick it up? We refill 7-8 alkaline bottles on a monthly basis which is not a cheap visit. We love the quality of the water and we love the service of everyone there (Except for "Cindy"). She really needs to go or have a talking to about service and what her job duties are there. I'm really disappointed that I had to write this review, but that's been a quality place until "Cindy" arrived. read more

Just like the name of the shop! The Best Water in the area. Both Alkaline and Reverse Osmosis water taste great. Service were nice and helpful. U can also buy some snacks and sodas while u waiting for your bottles filling up. Plenty of parking right infront of the shop. Had the excellent service overall.
