Your salon came highly recommend for hair color and cuts. I was informed by a clint of the salon, Bianca personally trains her styles she employees at the salon. I had confidence to book an appointment with any salon stylist. I booked the first available appointment. I brought a reference photos of the color and cut i was expecting to get. I showed the photo to the stylist; we talked about the cut and color. She cut my hair about six inches off the ends. She selected the color from the top of my head, i was not shown the color selection. The stylist began the color process, after it washed and dried, she styled it with a flat iron. I was shocked when i got home and saw my hair. It was nothing like the reference photos i showed the stylist. I wanted a layered hair cut with a cherry brown color, but i ended up with very dark brown color and the mom bob. I'm so unhappy i chose what i thought was a salon that had a great reputation. read more

Why are there no preceptors with the new stylists to check their work and listen in on the consultation to see if they are paying attention to the client? New stylists should never be left alone until they reach a specific level, if not how are they expected to learn from their mistakes? I'm a little baffled by the process and definitely not happy with the experience. read more

I've been to this salon for various hair services and have always loved the quality and commitment Bianca and her team put into their work. This past week I did a dermaplaning facial and relaxation massage with Delaney, and it was incredible! Super relaxing and the results were incredible, I'm still glowing days later. This salon has the cutest vibe and decor, and everyone is so welcoming. The new area that has been opened for lashes and facials is just as adorable as the main area of the salon. I went to Bianca Rose wanting to get something different. I decided to hire the owner because I wanted the absolute best hairdresser to do my hair, even if it was expensive. I was given an estimate for Bianca's services of $150 for an ombre color, dark brown blending into blonde towards the ends of my hair. I went for my appointment and after three hours at the salon, I was left with orange hair with about 2 inches of brown roots. It didn't look ANYTHING like what we had discussed or the picture I showed her. She then charged me $250 for this!! I was shocked, but Bianca told me that it was necessary to come back again to achieve the blonde I wanted. I was startled by the price and disappointed by the color, but thought maybe this really is the price you must pay to get the look I wanted. I came back a month later to "finish" my look. When Bianca finished drying my hair (which is normally somewhat wavy, but smooth) began to puff up in a huge frizz ball! My hair was OBVIOUSLY damaged by the bleach. Bianca said nothing about it. I start studying my frizzy hair and asked her why there were orange splotches on one side of my light orange hair. She told me that was because she decided not to tone it. She told me if the splotches really bothered me, to come back to fix it. She then charged me another $150. When I canceled my subsequent appointment, I was asked why. I explained that my hair that was supposed to be blonde, but was left a light orange with splotches and two inches of roots that clearly showed my grays. And, much more importantly, my hair had literally been fried and that I was left with a brittle, ugly, orange mess. Several days later, Bianca responded that she was "sorry I didn't like my hair". There was no offer to refund any money or to fix it as a courtesy considering I already paid $400. She seemed to suggest that I didn't know what ombre was and would be happier with an all over color. She did not acknowledge that the color simply turned out bad and she hadn't covered my roots. But, the most frustrating thing was that she would not acknowledge that she burned my hair...and that would have gone a long way with me. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that paying more does not mean you're going to get better service. read more

Made an appt w/ a stylist who when I got to the salon no longer worked there. Owner claimed she tried to call me which she did not. No missed calls, no vmails, no texts. I trusted her and went ahead w/ the stylist she gave me. Totally jacked up my hair. Big chunk cut out etc. Now my hair has to grow out to fix it. Owner had to come help her 3 times. Owner denied she was new? I sent the owner a message about how unhappy I was and she saw the message and has not even responded. Stay away. read more

My first experience with Bianca was fantastic! She got me toward my end goal which was blonde. My second appointment was not as pleasing...I left less blonde than when I arrived which I'm still wondering how that happened? My hair is all different tones & there are harsh lines of demarcation. I asked for a small dark root (less amount of root this time just darker colored roots) & she literally drug a root color half way down the shaft of my hair. My hair is dark dingey almost green, not blonde! Then I was charged $40 for a haircut when she literally trimmed a few dead ends off from a couple parts of my hair. read more

Bianca is simply a rock star! I was lucky to find her 8 years ago and have not let anyone else touch my hair since. I have loved every cut and trim, every deep condition treatment and every color. We are in the process of taking my hair from black (dye) to the lightest shade SHE SUGGESTS so I can play around with her super fun rainbow colors when the mood strikes.
