I asked if there was any chance they could install it that same day since I was hoping to ride with my wife the next day. Even though they were just minutes from closing and had other bikes to finish, the tech went above and beyond--he stayed a few minutes late to swap out the derailleur for me since it was a quick job. I ended up with a great headlight and taillight, both rechargeable and both for a little less than I could've ordered them online for.
