It rained the day before so everything was wet and they made no effort to dry anything. It was really cold too so wet and cold made a bad combo. Everything was slippery and puddles everywhere. Before writing a negative review I thought I would reach out two big bounce to give them the opportunity to fix it. It's pretty clear after a week and a half they have no interest in doing so. November of last year I bought tickets for June 29th. Took the day off from my two jobs . I was excited to go. Week prior to the event they kept changing the time and then two days prior to the event they changed the date and I had to work the day before I had reached out to them wanting my money back seeing how I was unable to go because they didn't even ask if it was okay to change the dates cuz they're inconsiderate . I definitely would not recommend this event . They also don't mention that you have to pay for parking and when I did go I saw no parents with any of the kids it seems very unsafe to just let hundreds of kids run around with no supervision . read more

This place is a scam - had guests with tickets, were told via email an hour before (while en route) they were canceling due to weather and rather than refunded, were automatically rebooked for today. This is not worth it, it is really hard to get a refund if it's rainy weather. My daughter ended up going to this awful event in the rain and wind because they don't cancel unless there are thunderstorms. Big Bounce America. This a a bouncy house tour event. It is outdoor next to the sport complex building. It came to Brooklyn for 2 weekends in July/Aug 2019. It claimed : 'We have the world largest bounce house (Guinness certified!), we have a 900ft long inflatable obstacle course we have a giant maze and we have slides, ball pits and climbing walls galore!' Price ranged from $17 ( 3 and younger ) to $30 ( Adults) depends on age. Adult is free if child has a ticket. Pro: - plenty of free parking - Free water with paper cups. ( no bottle refilling) - First aid station - organized - different age group has different time slots. Like my son is in the 7 and younger group for the whole 3 hours. No bigger kids to trample over them. -Free canopy area and chair for shading. Welcome to bring your own lawn chair and umbrella - Sport complex building is within 5 min walk. Air conditioned with ice skating rank, arcade, big jump $8 and rock climbing $12 and food court. Con: - it rained for a couple hours the night before. The maze was wet. Minus one star. - my kid's session was 9-12 noon. But it still got pretty hot in the summer sun Conclusion: Will return! Tips: There are food sale on site but of course expect to pay the price. I saw an advertising for this event in our area and thought it looked fun. In no way did I realize how epic this event would be for my 9 year old grandson. Just imagine a rave type party for children along side their parents. There were a lot of support staff, DJs, medical tent, and water stations in addition to the awesome extreme jump houses. I had no idea how tall and humongous this bounce house would be. So many fun things to do all in one huge bouncer. The DJs were in the center and played modern upbeat music that the kids really enjoyed to jump along with. Participants can also bring their own food, drinks, and chairs. There was also food to purchase if you choose that route. We also had another family member just come to watch and the event provided chairs and canopies for the viewers. The only negative thing I can say was how tired we got after about 15 minutes of jumping our hearts out! If this event comes to your area, act fast because tickets will sell out! read more

So much fun!! My friends and I came over the summer to the Big Bounce Event in Brooklyn. Very easy to get to and a huge parking lot made it even better. The tickets weren't overpriced either, in my opinion. I think they were around 30 dollars. There were a few different bounce areas to try. There were two blow up areas set up to hold shoes. This made us feel a little uncertainty when leaving our shoes behind as they didn't have anyone watching the shoes. Luckily, we wore flip flops and brought socks, so we weren't leaving behind anything crazy expensive. When inside the bounce areas, we had so much fun! It was pretty lenient as far as where you wanted to go, when, and for how long. The only part that was at a certain time was the actual Big Bounce House. There was a DJ playing games with the crowd and a lot more bouncing fun inside. The smaller bounce areas were beginning to become a little too packed as it became later in the day. People were becoming a little too aggressive and hitting into others or falling on top of them. Inside the large bounce house there is a ball pit- well people were firing plastic balls at people they didn't even know- and it hurt! I didn't like that. There wasn't enough people set up to control each area. The obstacle course was really fun, but also really exhausting. Did I mention we came in the middle of summer? IT WAS SO HOT! There was no break in the obstacle course (which was pretty long considering it was 90 something degrees out). If you got out of the obstacle course half way, they warned you that you'd have to start all over if you wanted to come back to finish. The obstacle course had some activities that reminded me of that show Wipe Out, where people completed different challenging tasks to cross a thin bridge or hop from one ball to the next. It was challenging, but fun! Luckily, we brought water bottles and kept them by our flip flops. I expected there to be a water station or a misting station or something for how hot it was. For someone with asthma, not only was it harder to breathe because you're bouncing all day on these blow ups, but the temperature made it worse. We took many water breaks throughout the day. There are port-a-potties near the bouncing area, or actual bathrooms in the sports building nearby. It seemed like they also sold food there as well, but we brought our own lunch. What I really enjoyed about it, was that there were adults only times to register for, so when we went there were no children! This was definitely nice. It was a fun experience and I would be interested in trying something similar again, but maybe in the spring or fall instead when it's not so hot! read more

Attended the one in Long Island on their first day this year. Extremely crowded--long lines for the slides, no shoes policy required everyone to walk around in their socks on pavement for some of the attractions. The bounce house itself gets very hot under the son to the point that it is not comfortable for a child. Smaller kids require heavy monitoring as bigger kids and adults are all bouncing in the same space. Food services are not aligned and might not be open or taking credit cards and might not have napkins. The main attraction, the biggest bounce house, got deflated before our timed entry. It was postponed by an hour. And then canceled entirely. We're not local to the area so we requested a refund. Instead of refunding, they rebooked us to the following day. When there was a no show, they rebooked us to the following weekend. I followed up regarding the refund and the only response was that we had been rescheduled. Not worth it. read more

My kids and I had an incredible time at the Big Bounce in Seattle! They had a selection of bouncy houses, all themed differently, that kept the hour and a half admission time totally filled with fun. Also accommodating a water station which is unheard of at events these days where you'd usually be charged at least $5 a water bottle! Food trucks were amazing. We went to the Big Bounce America event in Charleston, SC on October 20th , 2024. We were unable to get out of the car to attend the Bounce Park: there were no parking available, and the whole Bounce Park was covered in the thick cloud of white duct that came from the dirt road and all the car driving on it. We were directed to park our car between the trees in the woods, risking damaging our car. Then, we would have to walk half a mile along one-way dusty road to the attraction park itself. All the employees that we encountered along the way were wearing dust masks. The dust was hazardous for our health. The bounce attractions were completely covered by it. I wouldn't have bought the tickets if I knew about the dust conditions and no parking situation. The event wasn't described properly, therefore I am entitled for a refund of $76.30. I contacted both companies: The Big Bounce America and Fever, that actually sold the tickets. They are refusing to issue a refund. Don't be scammed by these 2 companies, don't use them. read more

So much fun. Loud inside the big bouncy castle so maybe not great for young kids, like 4 and younger, especially if they're sensitive to noise. My 4 year older is sensitive to noise; it was a little loud for him but when we moved to the peripheral, and in the ball pit, he loved it and didn't want to leave. My 7 year old loved everything. I bought tickets for a couple family members on a Saturday. The time changed once on the day it was scheduled which wasn't a problem. The family members I had purchased the tickets for were no longer able to make it and I contacted Big Bounce America to have the tickets transferred into a couple other friends names which was wonderful. A storm had come through so they had canceled the event on the Saturday, the day they were scheduled to go, and changed to a Sunday. I was not able to find anyone to go on that Sunday so I had emailed Big Bounce America twice on their website email to apply for a refund due to cancelation due to weather. I still have never gotten a response back from either email. I sent each email to different departments in hopes that SOMEONE would contact me back but I never received any response. I had read reviews on other platforms that people had stated Big Bounce America seemed scammy. I wish I would have listened to those comments. I will NEVER purchase tickets for Big Bounce America again nor would I recommend it to anyone. read more

The obstacle course truly presented a challenge to our party of 30-something couch potatoes. Reaching the end of the course, I felt like I had truly accomplished something and had gotten in a workout. My friend, however, was nearly smothered to death when she tried to roll over an inflated partition, but ended up lodged between that partition and the inflatable's wall. She needed my help to be pulled out, because the partition was too much to move on her own. (So, I wouldn't trust young children to complete the course on their own.) Some of the inflatables needed more air. I could see many rips and worn-out areas that should have been more full to provide a better bounce. There weren't enough balls in the ball pit - it felt childish. We have been to the big bouncy thing three different years. The first two it was just the big bouncy house and I wasn't super impressed. It was fun but it was just a giant bouncy house and kind of expensive since parents cost as much as children. This last year though they blew it out of the park. They added that huge obstacle course, as well as a sports arena, giant slide and ball pit thing. Our 9-year-old had a blast and I even went up the climbing wall. There were enough activities to keep us busy for 3 hours. They provided free water and some pop-up shade tents to eat the snacks you can buy. I originally booked for the Big Bounce in Brooklyn, NY back in May 2022. It was cancelled and switched to a date in September 2022, but in Long Island. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to this event, but I don't have a car so I won't be able to attend. I submitted the form to cancel my tickets and I just found that refund requests will be processed 10 days after the event date. Smh that's messed up.
