I've been coming to this wig salon for about 3 years now for wig purchases, wig cleaning, wig trimming, and wig consultations. Brandi, the owner is amazing. She goes out of her way to make you feel personally taken care of. I have alopecia fibrosis which half of my natural hair has fallen out not ever to grow back again (auto-immune disease). So having someone help me find a new visual hair identity with patience, sincerity, humor, and kindness is life-saving. She has turned my loss into a gain. Also, her wig prices are competitive and reasonable. And her shop provides a wide spectrum of services. This is a very frustrating to say the least, today I went to The Big Wig with my daughter in attempt to simply buy a purple wig displayed on one of their Storefront windows. The shop was well lit up had at least 4 girls working there, one of them was with a client. Big lit up Open signs all over the storefront so I stood at the front door with my girl waiting for some kind of acknowledgment from the other three that were chatting between themselves... Nothing. LOL waited more, just to be ignored even more. I stood there for a few minutes and then I noticed, a small small sign that said by appointment only.... I think it's kinda messed up that they couldn't have the decency to approach or acknowledge us at all, perhaps ask if we wanted an appointment or something or even if we could have needed to ask them a question. I called and expressed the rude behavior and the way it made us feel, she asked if I wanted to make an appointment, I said No a thank you. I figured They must be some kind of BIG WIG to not notice customers at their door. What is wrong with people today, I'm not used to this cold cruel behavior. read more

We came here to look for a wig for my mom who lost her hair during chemo. This place was awesome! Really helpful staff (thanks Jessie) and lots of options! As a plus, they'll even cut your wig for free after you purchase! We looked at real human hair wigs first and were struggling to afford the price tag. Then we came here and they told us how cancer patients don't need those expensive wigs.. because their hair will grow back! Duh! She put each wig on me and styled it to see how I liked it. Also, each wig there can come in a very wide range of colors.
