First, I was sold long piece by Andrew who told me it was the "perfect color" for $2,600. I was given NO contract, guarantee, information on how to care for it etc. which should have alerted me, but I was a fool. Then, he told me it needed to be curled to match my hair. I noticed the sign in the lobby said "Free haircut with wig purchase." I made an appointment to come back in for that. Here is what happened: I GOT NOTHING! The wig was NOT curled to match my hair-mine is surly, and this was wavy! WHAT? Andrew fussed with the wig, did very little cutting which it clearly needed and I kept pointing out to him that the back and sides were too long, but he ignored me, started to hack my own hair by slicing through it with open scissors, which hurt until I finally said to STOP. He called a woman in who said it looked fabulous and it looked like crap. AND they tell you they will help you get Medicare coverage. Nope! they hand you a receipt and tell you to do it yourself. I then spend $280 dollars to get my topper fixed. Here is what my hairdresser said: 1. He used the wrong sized rollers which is why it did not hold the curl. She curled it as best she could and now it is fine. 2. It was NOT cut to fit my head. The back was too long, which covered the actual hair I still have, so totally ridiculous. My hairdresser had to chop and shape that and now it looks natural. The sides he just ignored, and the front was too long as well. With my skilled hairdresser, now they look great. UGH! 3. It did NOT match my hair because I still have brown in the back, and the topper is all gray. 3. He should NEVER have "sliced" thorough my curly hair with scissors. She was appalled! I had to have a completely new cut to take off those damaged ends. Just DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE unless you are ready to get professional styling somewhere else. How dare they take advantage of someone in such pain. I am just so sad that I let them.

She had quite a variety of choices and colors. I tried the topper but my hair's too thin, it won't support it. I do have a couple of wigs at home that have curl, but I wanted something with straight hair. I am a Burnett, but I've been curious about gray. I keep thinking I need to honor this color and maybe let my hair naturally go there since I am going to be 70 this year. By surprise, the gray was also highlighted with brown and blonde. It was really beautiful, a 10 inch wig. I was blown away with how nice the color looked and it actually made me appear younger. I decided to get a brown with highlights that was 10 inches long. Jenny was a very friendly lady! A lot of knowledge, caring person. Makes you feel comfortable when you're at a weird chapter in your life. My thyroid isn't happy so my hair thin. Do yourself favor and set up appointment. Just because our body changes and challenges us doesn't mean we have to let go of our beauty.
