I just love this store. By far the best bike selection and parts available for miles around. I've been a customer with The Bike Stop since 1986 when Toneh and Brenda were the owners. The values and great service offered then are still carried on today with current owner Jayson and his crew. I've been unable to ride my bikes for about 7-10 years now due to severe arthritis in both knees. Finally getting both replaced soon and find myself excited to get back on the saddle, again. My first place to go is The Bike Stop to get my bikes back in order to ride again. As I've visited a couple times recently I find that the level of professionalism has not changed since my last visit around 2006. Jayson and crew freely invest time with each customer to answer any questions and familiarize them with any new purchases. I've seen them do just that on recent visits by sharing their years of experience with new riders. I highly recommend you give them a visit. We walked into this place looking for a kids bike. They showed us lots of options, let us try it out and ordered us the right size. The bike came in within a week. The sales person was very attentive and helpful. They sell all sorts of bikes and were really knowledgeable about them. I highly recommend this shop for all things "bike". read more

Had a terrible experience with Jayson and this shop. We ordered a several thousand dollar bike and got the old bait and switch on a number of specs and expensive parts. The owner got very nasty and would not do anything to make it better, and even dared my husband "to come down to the shop and say that to my face". LIKE FOR A FIGHT!? Is this how professional business owners behave these days? In the end I filed a formal complaint and weeks later the issues are finally resolved. AVOID THIS SHOP! You could be given the bait and switch. You may be lied to. You may be physically threatened. I'm sure he will reply to this review but don't believe the BS. read more

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! One year ago I visited the bike stop to order a some components for a new bike build. At the time, the cycling industry was recovering from the bike boom of civid - 19 and lots of bike shops advised against ordering parts due to the long back order delays. When I called the team over at "THE BIKE STOP" I was met with the same enthusiasm I have for the cycling hobby. From free beer Fridays to simply being kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help, I felt like I was very welcome at The Bike Stop. Upon my first visit, Jason took my order and immediately helped me get the parts I needed. I was really excited to learn that they were embassadors for "Kogel Bearings", which arrived within a week of me placing my order for a pulley cage and bottom bracket. One set of items in particular was very challenging to acquire. During covid, Shimano was under lots of pressure as they produce a large chunk of parts for the industry. As a result, the parts I ordered were on back order for 10 months. I was only in Witchita Falls for a short time for military training so I had to leave long before my parts would arrive. Jason and the Bike Stop team assured me that They would receive and ship my parts to me wherever I went. Because I live in Japan and still received my components, I have to recommend that every cycling enthusiast in North Texas or South Oklahoma pay them a visit . i was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the associate behind the counter. we had three bikes that needed servicing and they were attended to in a very timely manner- they were available the next day! since then, we have rode our bikes several times and have not experienced any issues. the store is very clean and organized, and all questions we had were answered either by reading the signs, or by the associate behind the counter. read more

Damn disappointed with this store. I just bought a Shimano PD-540 pedals here for $80 and a Shimano SH-M162 shoes for $130. I thought their prices would be a lil more expensive than online stores, but i checked prices online and i saw it for $43 and $80 respectively. Nearly half the price of what the store offered! Had a great experience here. They have a friendly and knowledgable staff that can help you make a well informed purchase. Special orders come in quickly. I was in the store for approximately 7 min before anyone would even speak to me when the store was not busy. There was another customer in the store being helped by an employee, but there were at least 5 total employees.(2 mechanics, owner?, a female and the employee helping the other customer) After moving to the front counter and standing there I was finally asked if I could be helped. I asked if they carried a product and was taken to the one option they had. When the product they had did not fit, I had to ask if they could get/order any other options (rather spend money locally rather than online). The employee started to look on the computer, but seemed to be more interested in the conversation going on behind them. (The employee literally turned their head around to listen to the conversation about a group ride that had taken place). It was the combined effort of being ignored (could of at least said, if you need something let me know) and lack of interest in me the customer and my needs that will keep me away from this shop. The customer is not always right, but without them all you have is a warehouse. read more
