A huge part of what keeps us coming back is the staff. The servers are friendly and attentive (and a lot of fun to chat with if it gets slow). They're always happy to make something off-menu or surprise us with bartender's choice. They've definitely turned us into cocktail snobs lol. And the food absolutely holds its own. The ribeye is easily as good (or better than) steaks I've paid twice as much for elsewhere.
