The only alteration I made was adding some salt and pepper, and a little hot sauce to satisfy my tongue. I was able to maintain my status as a member of the Clean Plate Club®. My waitress was very nice and treated me like I was the only customer in the restaurant! She checked up on me once and found everything to be in order. She dropped off the bill and after the Governor got her cut, the total was $15.36. As I like to do with all small dining establishments, I paid with cash and left a decent tip.
