Dang that hit the spot. What a delicious little gem of a place. The ladies were amazing with their service and the place was clean. Can't wait to come back for more.

I took a little trip to New Baltimore. After I was done there (the town is very small & there's not much to see or do), I drove around a bit. I saw the M29 diner and decided to stop. What a cute little homey place! The server was very friendly. I had the M29 salad and fries. The presentation of the salad struck me as very nice, and there were more fries than it seemed. I took half of each home -- as well as a German chocolate cupcake. The prices were very reasonable as well. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Nice little diner with welcoming decor. My wife and I had breakfast here on a Friday morning. The waitress was very nice. The service was good the coffee was good. It wasn't overly packed. I would assume on Sundays the are very busy as they are next to a catholic church. The food was your typical diner food. It was good and we will be returning for breakfast again.

    Try the cupcakes.

Over the top service with great food. We go there at least once a week and have always been impressed . My favorite is the tamales when they have them.

I got the perch dinner 1/2 pound and it was large enough to bring home half as leftovers. I had the choice of soup, salad or coleslaw. I got the salad which was probably a mistake. The salad was lettuce, some of which was brown, with a couple cherry tomatoes and a few slices of onions. I asked if they had balsamic vinaigrette dressing and the waitress brought me vinegar for dressing. Oh well. Then I had the choice of fries, mashed or redskin potatoes. I got the redskin and they were pretty good. My friend got the black and blue burger which comes with potato chips but he upgraded to fries. He really enjoyed his burger. If I was in the mood for perch again I would go and eat there again.

For a small place, there's a good selection of drinks. But, we were hungry, and we definitely came to the right place. I ordered the Fair Haven Po Boy, which was billed as a beef brisket, but seems a lot more like a roast beef sandwich. Fortunately, it was good, and there was a lot of of it. The onion rings were robustly battered, and cooked properly so there was a nice crunch to every bite. There were only two servers at that time, but they were able to keep up with everybody, and the food came out quickly. Definitely worth a return visit if I'm in the area.

This restaurant has quite a selection of various cuisines: Latin, sushi and Mediterranean. I know... an odd mix but they pull it off. We were drawn to their Latin entrees: trio appetizer with fabulous guacamole, queso dip (made in-house, and we don't really like queso dip but loved this dip) and salsa verde. Even the chips were fabulous on their own. 3-6 pm is happy hour with $4 off appetizers. A deal! We shared chicken enchiladas and a firecracker shrimp taco. All excellent. Fresh ingredients and flavorful. The black beans were excellent. We wanted to linger and watch a World Cup game so we ordered a slice of carrot cake. It was icing-heavy yet was also not too sweet. The candied pecans were a nice touch. We would definitely return. Tab before tip was $53 and we were very full. Located I a cute downtown area steps from the park and waterfront, Blind Owl is a nice date night destination.

I understand the building is historic, they've done a great job keeping it up. My breakfast was simple but delicious. Two eggs, fantastic bacon, and an English muffin. Even the decaffeinated coffee was well done. I've noted that lots of places seem to not take much pride in their decaf, not so here. I would love to come back someday.
