I wanted to believe this place had turned a corner after being featured on Bar Rescue, but what I…read moreobserved afterward made it clear that whatever changes were made did not stick. Responsible alcohol service did not appear to be a priority. It was common to see visibly intoxicated patrons continue to be served, sometimes to the point where their condition was hard to ignore, and then leave without any meaningful intervention. That alone raises serious concerns about community safety. Operationally, there seemed to be very little oversight. Staff were regularly left to close the bar without an owner or manager present, despite the volume of cash moving through the business. Inventory tracking appeared inconsistent, with many items rung in under vague or generic categories rather than clearly documented. From a customer perspective, it felt chaotic and loosely managed. There also seemed to be a culture of excessive comping of drinks and blurred boundaries between ownership and patrons, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. Instead of structure and accountability, the environment felt improvised. What ultimately changed my perception permanently was how a legitimate health issue was handled. When I was unable to come in due to a serious medical situation and communicated that honestly, the response escalated quickly and aggressively rather than being handled with professionalism. That experience alone made it clear that people are disposable here. If you're looking for a bar that prioritizes responsible service, professionalism, and consistent management standards, I would think carefully before choosing this one. The optics may look improved from television, but the underlying culture did not appear to change.

Access onto the base is restricted and public population requires a background check before clearance is granted. If you're military, you're good. The restaurant has a super limited menu. Soups, salads, sandwiches, nachis, fish and chips, and chili pretty much sums up the menu. They're also fully licensed and have a small draft selection. Bottles are domestic with Labatt's and Corona being the imports. Friday's is fish fry night. The portions puzzle me as it comes in 5, 10, or 15 pcs with fries and slaw. I opt for the 10 pcs along with a plate of loaded nachos and cheese. A glass of Perrin 98 Problems to wash it all down. The dining area is huge and can easily host an event for 100. Flat screen TV's pepper the place. Tables are wooden top with metal frames, the collapsible kind that can easily be stored away. There are also smaller tables for four. The view out the bay windows are of the practice putting green, and the back nine beyond that. We were informed that they were short staffed today when we ordered and that it may take a little longer for our orders. The food came out around 15 mins later. The Perrin 98 Problems is a local IPA. It pours gold with a slight fog and small head with good retention. First taste revealed strong notes of floral and citrus. The hops are present, but are not bold enough to steal the show entirely. Crisp at the beginning, the hops fade more as the beer warms, and the sweetness from the malt becomes more prominent, making this an easy drinking IPA. I would have preferred more carbonation, but it was still ok. Not to take anything away from this draft, the complexity with the fading hops is a feat in itself. I'm definitely a fan here, 4 stars. My suspicions with the 10 pcs fish were correct. They were going to be more fish nuggets than filets. Each piece was roughly just under an ounce so a 10 piece is enough for 2 portions. The fish was breaded with a light cornmeal beer batter giving that extra crispness. The fish was cod, and the cook on it was spot on. The meat was light and moist and flaky. That tartar sauce was a little on the sweet side for my taste, but the kids didn't seem to mind it. 2,5 stars for me here. The fries were also ever so slightly battered, but here it worked. Not fancy, just extra crispy fries. 3,5 stars. The Nachos and Cheese came with ground beef; olives; diced onions, tomatoes, cheese sauce, and jalapeño peppers. While it had a good ratio of everything, the cheese sauce totally ruined it for me. Had it been shredded cheese, this dish would be a whole different story. 2 stars. Overall, the place is ok. Golf course restos tend to come in two types, the higher end (ranging from Ticonderoga to Cherry Creek to Patti Finnegan's), and the average golf course pub. Mulligans is definitely the latter, offering light meals and pitchers of draft while you make up excuses to you Buddy's about why you shot so poorly, or why you needed more than the one Mulligan per nine. Considering the place is a regular club pub, I'm giving Mulligans 3 stars. If you would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company... Bon Appétit!

Tons of TVs, but still clean and not grimy at all. Even the bathrooms were super clean, which I always notice. The food is good and the portions are huge. Everything leans a little pricey, even the kids meals, but you are absolutely getting your money's worth. The adult meals came with a straight up mountain of tots. I'm not exaggerating. Like... a pile. My son got the cheeseburger off the kids menu and it was honestly big for a kids meal. He was pumped. And $2 for a 22oz Coors Light all day? That's a win. Service has always been fine for us. Lots of younger girls working as waitresses and we've never had anyone rude or inattentive. Nothing over the top, just consistent and friendly. There are random pinball machines and games in the back which feels kind of unexpected but fun. It's a great spot to watch a game, bring the kids, or just hang out. Just know your bill might be a little higher than you expect, but you won't leave hungry that's for sure.
