    $100 to trim less than 1/8" off of my 4 year old Hunter Douglas blinds that were purchased from them?!?!?!? $100?!?!?!? RIDICULOUS!!!!

Great install and proper light mitigation .. sleep in ! We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)

We…read morewere forced to pay in full in March, when we placed our order that was promised 4 weeks later. It has been almost 2 1/2 months and still no blinds. We finally were told the order wasnt put in their system. When I tried to get our money back, they told me the owner was out of town, a check would be cut in 5 days & would be mailed, refusing to allow us to pick up the money. Today they called to tell us we can't get a check for another 2 weeks i have no faith we'll see our money & we'll have to sue. Patty We

Shame on me for not writing a review at that time. Four years later, I want to cover a couple of windows that I was indecisive about four years ago. Of course, I called WCI. I was thrilled to learn she was still available to take a look at the smaller project. Design and selection: Holly has a great eye for light and color and really knows her product line. If you want, she really can do all the deciding too. ;) That is how I operate. Color me lazy. When I call a designer into my house I like to let them do what they think is best. It works for me every time. Installation: Rick is a rockstar. I have purchased a LOT of HD blinds in my life across several residences and I have never ever seen anyone do a flawless install as quickly as Rick does. On top being skilled, he is just a very nice person. Great service with a smile. Who could ask for more. Professional from start to finish. Not all Hunter Douglas providers are equal. I learned this the hard way. They do all sell the same product, but that is where it ends. The product is great but you really want professionals such as Holly and Rick to make the experience pleasant and the outcome perfect. Thanks, Holly!
