We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)

They did not offer me a color choice on the top frame. When I received them, it was black, while the bottom piece was white. this clearly does not match. They claimed I ordered black. I said I was not given a choice. We went round and round. It looked ridiculous. They finally acquiesced after many discussions. I thought I would never use them again. Wrong. We did a small remodel and ended up needing to add a few more coverings in a room where they needed to match exactly. I reluctantly called again. They came. They forgot a small item at delivery and fixed with many calls (sounds familiar). Now 8 months later a chain has broken. It is "under warranty" but they are charging me $100 to "come out." I called twice and emailed once to even get this response. STAY away. They do NOT care about calling back, helping or making sure the order is to your satisfaction. They are no bargain, so keep looking.
