I was looking forward to seeing the arrangement they delivered. To my surprise they used completely different flowers then the image on their site with a couple exceptions. For the Chrysanthemum they used daisies The soft lilac flower was replaced by a bright purple one. Both the pink carnations and the white daisies looked in and shape. Aside from the orange roses I don't think any of the flowers match the original photo from their site. This made for s completely different arrangement which was significantly less nice. When people get flowers they won't mention that the bouquet is ugly but as the person who bought it you know the flower shop didn't deliver and in this case West View Floral Shoppe did not deliver. I would look elsewhere before deciding to get flowers delivered from them. Our loved ones deserve much better!
