Never responded to another call after that. The result was me having to go through my uninsured motorist insurance. Nearly a year later and my insurance just notified me that they have been unable to recover any money from the business for the claim. This was only a (major) inconvenience for me, but what if one of his uninsured trucks had done major damage to somebody without uninsured motorist insurance to the point where they couldn't work. It is an LLC, so I am sure he would have just closed the current name a started a new one to avoid responsibility. If you can't afford the proper insurance you can't afford to be in business.

He gave great advice on how to maintain them and came out immediately when we had a user-error issue (no charge to fix).
