My sisters husband passed and we came here to have urns engraved, they were not very helpful or…read moreprofessional. First time we came in, they told us "sure we can engrave the urns!" Then we come a few days later to drop off the urns and they say "we can't engrave this brass urn because it will chip the paint..." okay fine so we get some plaques engraved to stick on the urn. They say "it should be ready tomorrow we will start on this right away!" ... two days pass then we don't hear from them... so I call to check on the order, the guy says "we haven't started the order I'm waiting for my manager so she can oversee because I have no idea what to do" and I'm like "can we please start this as soon as possible, the service is the day after tomorrow" and then they started as soon as I called, not before not after, despite saying they would take care of us as soon as possible. So they told us to come in 1-2 hours and the plaques would be ready. We came in 3 hrs later and they were rushing to finish. The plaques were stuck on kind of ugly, you can see the adhesive and it looks obvious and unprofessional. When I mentioned this the worker said "it's because we're rushing to stick these on". They even deviated from the original plan of plaque placement and had us purchase a stand to place one of the plaques on at the last minute. I wish that they would've taken time and care with my sister's husbands urns, but they didn't and she was too deep in grief to care. I would not recommend this place if you are grieving and need personal, special care.

Went to have some cups engraved, was told 3-24 hours for completion…read more Get called at the 23rd hour saying that the needles broken and no backup needle. I was given the choice of a refund and I can go somewhere else, take the defective cups as is, or wait till the following week for a new needle to come in. I opted to wait for the needle to come in, even though I needed the cups done that weekend. Tuesday rolls around and I get a call saying that the driver from another store forgot the engraving needle and they wouldn't have it till the following morning. One week later I finally got my 4 cups done and I will not be going back to this store again. My brother had something recently engraved and they also took it upon themselves to redesign the engraving of the item without his acknowledgement or consent. Overall bad business

I was furious with the lady that helped me and all they were willing to do is refund the item or refund half of the engraving cost. The lady is a moron and didn't look over our paperwork before we left and then tried to weasel her way out of taking responsibility. I won't be going back there and if you do make sure you triple check your order before paying.

It looks like just one side of it is, but the opposite does have some life into it. A lot of stores, Spencer's is here, the food court is here, box lunch, a lot of surprising stores. Glad to see it has some life into it, but it also is extremely packed with dead stores and a lot of areas where homeless people gather and obviously do drugs and even break windows of some of these dead stores. They need to lease these stores and make them into new ones or just get better security to circulate the area. You can tell there's high crime around the area. Plus, I saw glass from broken car windows. Now I went to beyond this weekend at the NOS, and I know that this is actually pretty normal around this part of town, but that's crazy. Security needs to be increased for sure. Overall it is good to see a mall thriving, but low key, I did not feel safe here.
