Of course, I must give a shout-out to In-N-Out who is always busy but fed my former classmates and I in the middle of the night on our way back from an LA poetry reading; if you're bold, do a half-and-half of 7-Up and Dr. Pepper...might change your life. Gosh, I remember the movie theater showing some new rare, indie films that all the UCI students were buzzing about. The parking lot is for customers only. No student parking. The parking spaces are tight. If you want to avoid not being able to get into your car because someone parked an inch from your door, then park further away; happens more than you think. Very clean shopping area and parking lot. Accessible bridge to get back to the UCI campus, if you're a student. Variety is good: mix selection of restaurants, desserts, school supplies, movie theater, and tons of outdoor tables. Most of the places are reasonably priced. Try to avoid during lunch rush; parking is crazy impossible.

This was a Sunday afternoon and the center was packed. And there's plenty of shopping as well. The center is well laid out, emasculatory clean and plenty of places to shop until you drop. Some stores have waiting lines to get inside. My time was limited so I could only spend an hour there after lunch but, without a doubt, I'll be back again in dine and shop.

The magnitude of this shopping, dining, and entertainment center is beyond compare from what I've heard. It offers over 170+ specialty stores, major department stores, well-known restaurants, and entertainment venues. That's gigantic! The premier outside shopping venue is anchored by Nordstrom and Target sharing space with so many more top brands, boutiques, and unique shops. Just to name a handful... Anthropologie, Apple, Bacio de Latte, Barnes & Noble, Build-A-Bear, Cotton On / Cotton On Body, Din Tai Fung, Fabletics, FOGO de CHAO, Georgia's, H&M, lululemon athletica, Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, MINISO, Nike, Sephora, Silverlake Ramen, SomiSomi, The Melt, Urban Outfitters, Vuori, Yard House I was recently here for dinner at Yard House. Parking was a challenge for sure. Come early to make it easier for you. Anyway, I'm coming back to spend one full day exploring this place in the near future. Ferris wheel and I shall meet once! The mall does tend towards high end stores with a small smattering of standard stores but in general, there are a wide variety of stores. Plenty of dining options from high end or quick casual. You can even do your grocery shopping here as there is a Whole Foods market. They occasionally have special events. I happened to be here during the Lunar New Year event so one of the areas was decked out with Year of the Horse decorations. I also always walk by the Koi pond to see how the fishes are doing. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I visit.

The Shopping & Entertainment: The Stores: Most of the shops just aren't stores that everyday consumers actually want. It's mostly filled with weird, random boutique stores that no one has ever heard of, charging ridiculous prices like $300 for a single t-shirt. No Movie Theater: For a mall of this size, it's pretty disappointing that they don't even have a movie theater to catch a film. The Silver Lining: Parking: The only consistently good thing about this mall is the parking situation. No matter when you visit, there always seems to be plenty of parking available. Final Verdict: It's a beautiful outdoor space to stroll through, but as a practical place to shop or find entertainment, it's just not the best.

During Christmas, staff were passing out beanies and some Christmas goodies but again mainly for the children. There were candies cane, Santa, and some small drinks. For Lunar New Year - the children receive red horses in 2026 Year of the Red Horse that won't come again for another 60 years! Adults and Children got red envelopes $2!!:)) Happy Lemon was passing out drink but OMG the line was long so we skipped. The line is LONG but first come first serve basic. Free stuff run out fast so come 30 minutes early. There are foods, coffee, ice cream in the plaza but again it is CROWDED during event times! Parking - if you arrive early, there's parking in the Regal parking lot. If you arrive late, it best to Park across the street where 24 Hours Fitness is located.

My sister and I decided to stop by The LAB Anti-Mall while exploring Orange County. The whole area has a cool, laid back vibe that feels different from your typical shopping center. There are lots of unique shops to browse, along with great food and drink options like Seabirds, Stella Jean's, and other local favorites. Since it's an outdoor shopping center, we got to enjoy the beautiful California sunshine while walking around. One of my favorite parts was all of the art installations scattered throughout the property. They add so much character to the space and make it feel creative and fun. Plus, there are plenty of Instagram worthy spots if you love taking photos. We spent some time checking out the different shops and ended up stopping by Blends. The service there was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured to buy anything. I ended up finding a pair of Asics sneakers that I absolutely loved. The pricing was also surprisingly good, which made the purchase even better. Whether you're hanging out with friends, looking for unique stores, or exploring Orange County for the day, it's definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!

She was getting me SO HYPED up about this place that I took time out of my weekend to drive 50+ minutes here for a visit - but I ended up disappointed. Of course, I know that Tik Tok are all over this place and there's a bunch of teens posing the same pose at the same spots for likes (like my daughter) so I am sure she had fun with her friends. However, I just wished they had more shops and restaurants for me to hang out at while the kids are in line to take their pics. Overall, I give a 6/10. (My daughter gives it a 11/10 but it's too bad she doesn't have her own Yelp account). Because I am a good mom (lol), I don't mind bringing her back here, but I personally think I'll have a better time shopping at South Coast a few blocks away. P. S. No admission charge. Free parking.

I left disappointed that it was more of a general toy store than a store specifically catered to enhancing kids' STEM aptitude. I like that the Newport Coast Shopping Center has a grocery store, a pilates studio, and a huge parking lot here. I also appreciate its proximity to the other Center. Boy, was their parking lot PACKED during my visit.
