Such a strange place with strange rules. We recently had a meeting with Shannon the Manager. She…read morewas rude and disrespectful to my wife. My wife left in tears. Shannon talked down to her and belittled her. They never answer the phones and she even told me she would call back and she didn't. Be aware of what you are getting. The facility smells, it's dirty, the dogs bark a lot. The first time we went, my dog came home shaking and you can tell he didn't like it.

She texted me one day and asked if I was interested in a dog that she had up adaption. I went to check out the dog . The dog was friendly and appeared to get along with my other dog . I decided to see how things went and brought the dog home with me Everything was going well for a few weeks . There was some rough housing but nothing serious. There was an incident. I brought the dog back to the kennel. But in hindsight should not have done that . I overreacted. This employee and I exchanged messages and she told me she would get back in touch with me. . I really wanted this dog. Spent a lot of quality time with him . I Bought a bed, crate, and his food that he was eating at the kennel. This employee won't give me back the dog. This employee never called me . I realized how unprofessional, immature, ridiculous and on some level mean and cruel this was. This experience gave me a horrible taste in my mouth for dog rescues. Please think twice about dog rescues when you are asked to sign a 2-3 page contract. This employee was just absolutely ridiculous. I guess she feels this dog is better off in a kennel than a loving home.

I honestly thought maybe they had been rinsed or washed. It wasn't until we got to the car that I realized they were DRENCHED IN URINE. DRENCHED IN URINE. The smell was so bad we had to go back to our host's home and bathe them. The smallest dog had feces on her head. Based on the way they were drinking water from the hose, I don't think they had access to fresh water. All three were intensely thirsty and starving. It was really bad. Two of the dogs are on special diets. We brought their special food and labeled it. Clearly, they weren't fed the food b/c they had diarrhea. Not to be gross but based on the color it wasn't their special food. It was the kibble she feeds all the dogs. I can't imagine that this place is compliant with state regulations for care of animals. I can't imagine sending animals home hungry, thirsty, and covered in urine and feces is within state guidelines. I feel like I paid to have my animals mistreated. :-(

TLDR: Dirty, disorganized, poor customer service, possibly neglectful…read more I took my 6 month old puppy here for her first doggy daycare experience, as we live in an isolated area and she needs socialization. I explained this both on the phone and at drop-off, also noting that she starts off fearful, then warms quickly to other dogs. I was a little bit worried when I dropped her off, because frankly, the facilities were a mess--stinky, visibly dirty (even in the office), and piled with disorganized clutter. The staff I interacted with seemed to be teenagers with no customer service training. When I picked up my dog at the end of the day and asked how she did with playtime, they told me she seemed fearful and so they just kept her in the kennel all day--no playtime, which was what I told them I was paying for. The pickup was disorganized and my dog came out visibly distressed, shaking, with her tail all chewed up. I asked about it, and they said her tail was probably just wet from spraying down the kennel. Spraying down the kennel? With her inside of it? Or, did they put her alone in a wet concrete room in January? Either way, not okay. She never barks at people (only other dogs), but was incessantly barking at one of the attendants, who repeatedly told her to "just stop it". As I paid (?!) and hurried her out to the car to calm down, they forgot to give me back her food, scoop, and medical paperwork. I remembered the food and went back inside for it. All night she was anxious, pooping and peeing 3x as much as normal, and trying to chew her tail (not something she usually does). She stank like urine, feces, and chemicals. Three days later (this morning), they called to tell me to come get her paperwork. I am angry. I have been unable to find any contact information for a REAL ADULT behind this business that doesn't route me to the untrained, very young person at the front desk. If the owner/manager is reading this, I would like a call, and I would like a refund, and you can expect more of these reviews on other platforms. Take a look at the BBB page and you will find another review reflective of the experience I had. A local business owner who is active in animal rescues implored me to leave this review and pursue the matter further, so here we are. Do not trust this business with your dogs.
