Visiting from the West Coast and had to get some boba here! It was quite delicious, I would recommend their classic black milk tea. Good prices for pretty big cups. Workers were very kind as well! Also, I noticed the place was very clean :)

I came here today because I keep hearing it's the best. It's easy to find at the end of a shopping center. Once inside there was one lady working and few people waiting for orders. Likes: The place itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The very nice young lady working there was working hard to get orders out and was still very courteous and nice. I ordered a fruit tea with mango boba and it took a little while but she asked me to try it to make sure I liked it and it was amazing!! It made my whole day.. you had to be a little patient but she was so nice and drink was so good it was worth it! Dislikes I can't say there was anything at all I didn't like.. the wait was a few minutes for sure but the quality far outweighs time it took.. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in town!!I can not thank the owners working there enough.. they work well together and the tea was delightful!!

I got a classic black tea with NATA jelly (lychee based) and 50% sweetness. There's only one size available (around 16oz). The drink was good, but I've had better. I did like that she didn't put a lot of ice. The drink is pricey at $7.25, but guess that's similar to boba places in big cities. The owner was very nice. She made the drink super quick. I'm glad that there is now more than one Boba place in town with different options. They don't have as much seating (indoor only) compared to the tap tea bar at The Pointe. Hopefully they can figure out a way to have cooked boba readily available at all times during their open hours.
I really enjoyed my boba tea. I like that it wasn't made from a powder and you can control the sweetness. I ordered the Thai tea boba and it was perfect! There were so many options- I'm looking forward to heading back and trying a fruit based drink and asking about the different types of boba. The woman working there was very helpful and said that she could add sweetness if I wanted. To me it was perfect the way it was. This is a great addition to Wilmington.
My girlfriend and I have been going to this spot for a year and half now. Never have been disappointed anytime had been there. Best Quality Boba! amazing flavors! Milk, tea, smoothie, shake teas and alllll natural flavors, actual fruit, pretty customizable in terms of flavors and sweetness. We have been there enough to be regulars. So much that our lovely friends have remembered our order. We love this little boba shop. We love you friends!
This little hidden gem is officially my favorite place in Wilmington for Milk Tea/Boba. As the menu shows, it really is the only spot to get authentic Taiwanese style milk tea. Definitely recommend the brown sugar milk tea with cheese , but the fruit teas are delicious too! I really appreciate that they brew their tea in house (vs using the premixed powders). If you're not familiar with salted cheese topping, this is the place to try it! If you're a fan of the foam at Starbucks you'll like this even more. I'll definitely be back regularly! I just wish it was closer to where I lived.
Hidden gem in Wilmington found by a google search. Ironically they had just opened that weekend! Cute decor and super clean inside. It's a large enough space considering I've seen all sized boba shops in Jersey and NYC- to walk ups with no seating. Convenient location in shopping center -Right off Shipyard Blvd on way back from CB to Jacksonville and so glad to find this new Boba spot in Wilmington. Owners moved to area from Queens and to be a boba addict since living in Jersey City-NYC region spoiled by good boba spots and this met my boba cravings while visiting Eastern NC. Legit boba shop where you pick sugar and ice levels. I got 2 boba drinks -classic milk tea and lychee green tea with jelly for later. They also have cutest sealed tops with unique quotes. Can't wait to visit again!! They have all the top flavors and prices are similar to boba shops been to.

Located in a nondescript plaza, I drove by it and decided to give it a try. My usual boba tea place, The Tap Tea Bar at the Pointe has gone downhill. The Boba Tea Factory could use more decorations, more of a welcoming vibe. I'm sure that will come with more time. We tried the classic thai tea with boba and a mango slush with boba, both were excellent. I have to say they do not skimp on the boba unlike the Tap Tea Bar. I've ordered extra-extra boba at the Tap Tea Bar and they just give you another spoonful. Here at The Boba Tea Factory a good 1/3 of the cup was filled with bobas without having to ask for extra-extra bobas. As far as taste comparison, I usually get a mango frostea from the Tap Tea Bar. Lately it's been tasting like a vanilla shake with a hint of mango. At the Boba Tea Factory I got the mango slush because they didn't have a mango frostea (mango milk shake). The mango slush tasted like a real mango, big mango flavor and had tons of boba. The Boba Tea Factory is my new go to place, sorry Tap Tea Bar....there's a new kid in town!
This place is great! Our family just moved to Wilmington. I loved Boba Tea growing up and this place reminds me of my childhood. Truly authentic and great tasting. The owners are super kind. I'm pretty sure I'm come here weekly it's so good!
Ordering online got me a fresh and ready tea. I like my lychee, and their tea had a couple of actual fruits in it. Having said that, I feel I must admit that the lychee flavored jellies are more delicious for me. It was a good beverage, but a bit expensive for what it was. The location is anonymous and will be a decent drive from most attractions where you'd want to enjoy such a beverage, but I'm someone who doesn't mind driving somewhere for quality. read more
When I first arrived in Wilmington (road trip), I tried their Taro Milk Tea with Boba...and it was SO smooth and delish! All their drinks came in only 1 size, but affordably priced. They also had these super-cute Panda props that you can stick on any flat surface at only 1 buck each...I bought 5. Service was really good...but the rep spoke very little English, and I had some difficulties getting answers on some things. Overall, am glad I tried out this joint. There aren't many BT bars in Wilmington...and am thinking this is probably their most authentic. read more
Cute boba tea place at the end of the plaza conveniently located on shipyard. The staff was super helpful with us determining if we wanted jelly's or bobas. One esize option. Customers are able to choose their sugar level from 0-100%. read more

I love this place! Been on the search for good boba places in Wilmington and this one definitely hits the mark. I love this place. They use actual fruit in their drinks. Always so very refreshing. I forgot they make the egg waffles too so on my next stop through, I will be ordering. I always get the Taro Milk tea with boba and coffee jelly but today I decided to get something refreshing for this hot day. read more

Definitely the best Boba I have had in Wilmington and I have had it all. They don't use fake artificial powders! This is real Boba. I love that you can control sweetness. I tried matcha peach oolong at 30% sweetness and I think next time I will go with zero sweetness because the flavor is so delicious it doesn't even need it. The tea is nice and strong and the Boba itself is perfection. Definitely my new favorite snack! Hopefully they will get a loyalty card soon! read more

We were in the area looking for boba and found this place. We got Thai milk tea and Strawberry purée boba tea, it's honestly some of the best boba I've had. The tapioca is just right and the flavor is spot on. I'd definitely recommend if you in the area! read more

My sister and I had an amazing experience at The Boba Tea Factory. I am on crutches, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! They are so kind. The black tiger milk tea with boba and coffee jelly was delicious! My sister got the peach grapefruit tea with mango poppers at 50% sweetness and it was perfect. I definitely recommend both. This is some of the best boba I have had in Wilmington. On top of that, the staff was amazing. Customer service was top tier- so friendly and helpful. This place is honestly one of my favorite boba shops especially in Wilmington. This place isn't very well known but I wish it was. They have different sweetness options and milk options too. I love this place sooo much. They also don't advertise this but they have egg waffles that they fill with whipped cream and different toppings they are so good. They have great service too. Highly recommended. read more
