Martina and James recently helped me with the sale of my mother's home after she was admitted to memory care. Needless to say, it was an emotional time for our family. Martina organized an estate sale as well as painting of the interior and some minor remodeling and repairs to bring everything up to date. I didn't have to worry about any of it - Martina handled every detail. She then staged it beautifully and brought a house that had been lived in for 20 years up to the present day. The results were amazing. Just after finishing the staging, Covid hit and everything was shut down. No open houses could go forward. Trying to show the house was difficult at best. The economy was in a downward spiral. We were certain the home (listed at $1.6 million) would be sitting empty for the next 6 months to a year. Despite our greatest fears, the house closed escrow on July 17, less than four months after going on the market. Every detail of the negotiations was handled expertly by James. He kept me informed every step of the way, gave me the pros and cons of each offer/counter offer, and while giving me sound advice, ultimately did everything he could to make sure my wishes were honored. After my husband and I got married, we lived in my one bedroom/one bathroom apartment until we met Martina!
