It seems this is something they are doing frequently based off other reviews. This raises serious concerns about their business practices, they are redeeming vouchers prematurely and collecting payment without providing the corresponding treatments. Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to address this issue. I will reverse the charge and report to Groupon. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Located on the street side of a mini shopping area, I was pleased to find the lobby & check-in area were bright, airy & spotless. A few pieces of tasteful marketing material & a cheerful greeting from the staff made us both feel welcome. We were taken back to the treatment room on time & the nurse did the series of pretty painless injections with little to no bruising. RN injector seemed slightly flustered but was still professional & did a nice job. My friend has been quite happy with the results & plans to return for more stuff. Too bad it's quite a drive from Tucson, but still totally worth it. No problems redeeming or scheduling & it made for a fun gift. Will be sure to buy some treatments for me next time!

Meanwhile, you are out $190+ from your Groupon, and spending additional money for essentially the same service that you already paid for with the Groupon. Treatments at this spa are of course done with cheap equipment with settings designed to give you suboptimal results until it's time for you to purchase more sessions - basically tricking you into paying for more and more treatments, after they already effectively double-charged you for the initial treatments. I noticed they also seem to offer services that require oversight or delivery from a medical professional (such as an RN or physician) yet they do not seem to have a licensed medical professional working in the building - at least no one was introduced to me as one. With so many options for med spas in the Phoenix-metro area, I would pick somewhere else. If you are using Groupon, be sure to double and triple check anything extra you sign up for.
