The members are also a variety of ages and fitness levels. I first enrolled in the prep course and Maria worked with me at a time that was convenient to my schedule. She went through different exercises and made sure I had proper form. I have only been to the CrossFit classes, but after each time I am go, I leave feeling good and ready to take on the day. You sign up through Zen planner to secure your spot and then just show up! The equipment is in good condition and the owners have put out spray bottles and cloth for wiping down the equipment when you're done. What I really love is that the coaches walk around and give you pointers and tips; they're not just cheerleaders encouraging you to do more and push harder. I'm happy I signed up and am excited to see how my fitness level improves!

I understand that and I wore my mask pretty much the whole work out. But towards the last few sets I took it off in-between sets, since it got to the point of me finding it very hard to breath. I loved this gym and have also listen to the rules. I never let anyone in, I cleaned up after myself, I even put weights away that others did not and the same with wiping down benches that weren't. I was at a really low point in my life and this gym helped me build my self esteem back up. But the owner is just out right rude and unprofessional. Of course it was my luck that he saw me without my mask on and never caught anyone else, when almost everyone had it below their nose. He came in and in a rude and disrespectful way told me give me your key and leave. So I gave him my key and left. Apparently after I left he was cussing me and my friend out about it and was yelling. That is no way to treat your customers. I was training in fear towards this point being scared he would kick me out and give me no warnings for the smallest mess up. I've seen him border line yelling at two teenagers because one forgot his key fob so his friend let him in. The owner didn't even ask about the situation and said give me your key. The staff there are really amazing and nice people, its just the owner. You don't yell at teenagers and cus your customers out, didn't even give us a warning. He did not even tell us why he just said give me your key and get out. If the owner is replying to this, you should change your habits. You are scaring people away from this gym because of your non professional and anger issues. As a owner you do not cus out your customers, who are teenagers too, and young. I've given over 75$ worth of guest passes to them, convinced friends to join and now I don't get a single warning and he cusses me out. Avoid this gym. One small mess up, not even if you meant too, you will get kicked out. Every person with common sense will know not to cus at their customers and be out right rude and disrespectful.

You will weigh in every week which many people say makes them feel like crap. For the amount of money which varies from $150-200 a month and only 2 of the trainers are certified. People who have conformed to her ways she certifies them to be instructors. She does not even have her own facility and rents space at a church and a karate studio. Way overpriced and not worth it. Stay away cause once you sign the contract for a year you are stuck!!
