It's a beautiful and special place. But it's true. Looking at their Instagram photos, you can really tell how much of a fun and quirky uniqueness it brings to an event! We knew we wanted to book them right away. Unfortunately, on the morning of my wedding day, we received a call from our wedding planner that the Hawaiian Photo Bus company had been burglarized, and much of their equipment had been damaged or stolen. They couldn't do my wedding. I can't tell you how much this broke my heart! I couldn't be angry because this was completely not their fault, and I'm sure they were devastated. Needless to say, we were refunded our money and they apologized. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars, having never experienced the Photo Bus itself, is that they allowed us to use the iconic ALOHA sign free of charge at our reception. Not every company would try to make up for a missed wedding. Although my heart sinks every time I scroll and see one of their posts, I know they are making another event just that much more special. If we ever decide to renew our vows in Kauai with family and friends, you can bet your sweet okole we'll be calling The Hawaiian Photo Bus!

They were extremely easy to work with and knew our venue and where to park. The attendants were a lot of fun and they had the best prop selection that I have seen. Additionally, they provided us with a leather bound photo book and digital copies of all the pictures. My only regret is that we forgot to get a photo booth shot with the bride and groom!

We wanted a customized Champagne wall instead of the traditional champagne tower as a wedding photo op during our cocktail hour. Ryanne took notes of how we wanted our champagne wall and custom signage to look like. It took months of planning and collaboration with other vendors and they made it happen. We also used Cuzzins808 for our photobooth. We chose a hawaiian back drop and package for props and had them incorporate in our personal customized cardboard cut outs of our dogs. We had a 100 plus people wedding and all our guests raved about how fun and interactive our champagne wall and photo booth at our wedding was. There are so many good things to say about Meg and her fiancé Pete (look up Bradyhouse Media for…read morehis work)! First off, a friend of mine had found Meg's work off of Instagram and suggested that I reach out to her. Mind you, I was planning an "enchanted elopement" in less than a week and a half. Luckily, since it was an elopement -- we were pretty flexible and so was Meg! My husband and I had never been to Hawaii so we knew nothing about the islands or Kauai. I tried to research as much I could but was a bit overwhelmed. Meg was more than happy to make suggestions on different vendors, location and what was the best time for shooting. We settled for Ke'e Beach. I am so glad she suggested that because it provided us different types of photos -- jungle, beach, sunset, etc. The timing was also perfect for a natural lighting with the sun and waves. Meg's overall presence and personality matched ours, too. From previous photographers I have dealt with (from my family & friend's weddings), she did not push us to do things we weren't comfortable with. She was so laid back! Also, we aren't the most romantic and subtle type of couple. We are the loud and silly type. She was able to capture us perfectly in the photos! After she spent about 3 hours with us, we went our separate ways. Then a couple of hours later, I received a few sneak peak photos!! How awesome is that! I got the remainder of my photos in less than two weeks. She took more than she had promised too! Now, I want to add that I am in the film & tv industry.
