Even though I explained the situation and agreed that I was late, he didn't offer any flexibility or courtesy--not even to just do my hair. He simply denied all services. This was a very unpleasant experience. I have never been treated so rudely by a service professional. The price is good - $25 for a cut - and like I said, the first time, which was closely supervised, I was pleased. The vibe is decidedly MAGA.
