The atmosphere was lively--perhaps a bit too lively for our taste--with many tables of 6 to 8 people and a very open layout, making it quite noisy. Our server was polite and very attentive, which we appreciated. We decided to try the pizza but were disappointed. The crust was rubbery and tough--too chewy for our liking. The sauce, pepperoni, and sausage were fine but unremarkable. Overall, it reminded us more of a store-bought frozen pizza than something made fresh in-house. That said, the menu is extensive, and we're willing to give Osakis Pub another try--just not for the pizza. We're looking forward to exploring other options next time.

Jeannie, the owner of the restaurant, did a great job making us feel welcome while taking our orders and serving our meals. After sharing a warm caramel roll right out of the oven, we ordered three different 3-egg omelettes. They were all perfectly cooked and filled with delicious veggies and meats. When we contacted both the catering manager and the owner, to discuss the details of the food we wanted, we were told one of the menus they provided was not an option. (The menu that we wanted to use). The owner was extremely unprofessional. She openly admitted she had made a mistake by sending the menu and "learned her lesson". When I then asked about using my deposit toward salads for the wedding, grooms supper or if I could use it for a future graduation party, I was rudely told NO. AND she would not reimburse my deposit, even tho she admitted that she was at fault. They handled this situation unprofessionally and in a rude manner.
