Instead, they just threw it in a microwave to melt the cheese, ensuring it was completely melted and stuck to the tin foil. I can microwave subpar food at home for a fraction of the price without having to deal with miserable customer service. When I explained to Michelle (the owner) what I needed and showed her a picture of what I wanted to have made, she said she would do a little research and see if she would be able to make the orange blossom flowers to put on my cake pops. She got back to me with in an hour or so and had a plan for making them. She was even able to have them made for me within the timeline I needed. Michelle's communication with me was exceptional and I always felt like she sincerely wanted to help me and provide me with a beautiful product. And they were truly beautiful, delicate little flowers and leaves. They were just what I needed to make my little "cuties" cake pops look adorable.
