Upon arrival, I informed the salesperson that I was in need of a fitting service but, I was limited in time. I was assured that that would not be a problem. I was placed with a fitter trainee, fitted improperly and refitted with a more experienced fitter. I purchased 2 items. One is waiting to be returned. After all of that....THEY failed to charge me for the $25 fitting fee at check out ( a service that was previously a courtesy for customers ). A fee that could have been waived considering the circumstances and their error, was pursued with vigor. I paid the fee, of course. This was my 3rd time going into The Bra Box for a fitting. I'd been neglecting my need to come in after having my second child about 9 months ago. With all the physical changes, I definitely needed to be sized and was so ready to get out of nursing bras. All of my experiences at The Bra Box have been amazing and this was no different. The staff was super attentive and asked about my likes and dislikes, actually listening to what I said and matching my preferences. I ended up with 7 new bras that made me feel amazing in my body again. I'll be heading back for matching bottoms when I go pick up the 3 bras I ordered. The selection was iffy, less functional, more party but the worst part was the service! $25.00 to be "professionally" fitted, and as soon as I declined, the smiles, helpful attitude and service went poof! The "fitter" disappeared and I was left in the dressing room calling for help. Did I have to pay to have them LOOK at the fit, too? I have had bra fittings before but my fitting at Bra Box was outstanding. The ladies in the shop are knowledgeable, respectful and extremely helpful. They listened to my comment in the pre-fitting and only brought bras that had features I was looking for. The shop stocks many styles in a variety of colors and sizes. My daughter and granddaughter who are more difficult to fit have always either found what they are looking or were able to order bras and receive them in a timely way. read more

They do such an amazing job fitting you for the correct size and finding the right bras - maybe too good of a job. Walked in thinking I'd buy one bra and walked out with four! They all fit so well and made me feel good wearing them I just could decide what n only one. Definitely make an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes before the store opened to get the first appointment and someone drove up 5 minutes before the store opened and walked to the door. She was let In and got the appointment - lesson learned! read more

They are helpful and I had a great experience last time, but this time I kept trying to tell her the band was too loose but she kept telling me to wear it on the first loosest hook so that I can go in as it stretches. I should have pressed harder to get a smaller band size, but I left it since she's the professional. I've worn it 2 days (and can no longer return it since I cut the tags- how are you supposed to see if it works without cutting the tags?) and it is sliding up in the back and down in the front. I can't imagine wearing it on the loosest hook. I also got a sports bra and loved it until I worked out in it. No where near supportive enough. If anyone has tips on figuring out if bras will work before I buy them, I'm appreciate it. Tired of wasting money. read more

Not a good place to by gifts. No returns if you get an item that needs to be exchanged. After response: It is an expectation that clothing can be returned not just for exchanges but refunds. Your policy locks the purchase to your store versus providing the flexibility of buying, returning, and purchasing else where. Gift cards are great, but not as good as the actual gift. Your competitors allow refunds, and I purchase 3 items from your competitor with the comfort that if my significant other wanted to return them and then buy something more suitable (regardless of where) then she could do so. read more

Very poor communication from the company regarding orders. I have spent well over $400 within the last 6 weeks at this establishment, only to have been given the runaround regarding items that I have yet to receive. I was advised someone tried to break into the shop and they relocated the items and here it is 10 days later and I've yet to receive a tracking number or any communication regarding my order. When I asked about a full refund for the two items I've yet to receive after 7 weeks, all of a sudden "we just sent your package out today". How convenient...I'm sure you did. Shavonne was an amazing fitter to work with and her energy was great but the others have poor customer service and could stand to use a few classes on business etiquette! I was excited to refer many of my coworkers, family, and friends to this place but after my experience...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

First off let me say that the bra's are stunning and they will absolutely do an amazing fitting. However, there are a few things you should simply be aware of when you frequent this store. 1. You will most likely be fitted with an underwire. In fact a good 90% of their bras have an underwire. This is not a problem if you can wear them but, problematic if you are a woman of size, who cant wear an underwire. Your choices will be limited. They do have an option to have the wire professionally removed but be prepared for an additional cost and a loss in some support. 2. Quality comes at a price and it's steep. Be prepared to spend $70 - $90 on a single bra. They have cheaper and more expensive but $80 is a solid average. 3. They have an absolute no return policy. So be 100% sure when you purchase anything. Even on an order, which takes 6 weeks to arrive. Let me say that again... NO RETURNS. It is posted and they are serious. They will not return anything, even on an order that has not arrived, except for store credit. In my case this led to a not great experience. But, it does not have to be that way for you. As long as you are prepared going in. I would recommend them for the perfect underwire bra or a special occasion. read more

I got a bra fitting. The staff was friendly and I left with a bra. But due to my chest size anything else I wanted had to be order and I paid for it. I waited like 3 weeks for them to tell me that the bra had come in. During that time, the bra I had taken home, stitching had came out. I called and was told Woolite was the worse thing to wash the bra in and that could be why the stitches came out. I wasn't able to come in the day they wanted me to to pick up my already paid for bra. I came in at the end of the week, they sold it the day before and had the nerve to tell me we normally dont give refunds but we will make an exception for you. For the bra with the bad stitching the offer to get it sewed. The customer service is lacking as well as good business practices. To follow up on the response to my review: The "store credit" you speak of was because it was request that I pay for the bra before your store would order it. I did address my issues with your store at the time it happened. I was told I could wait another 4-6 weeks for your store to order a new one. I was under the impression that I had paid for merchandise because you didn't carry it in store. Nothing I stated was a lie or fabrication, your main complaint that the incident occured a year ago. I was recently looking for new bra and I thought people should know all of your policies. I think you should review your policies and make sure everyone knows that money they are giving you in good faith is not for you to order product for them but for you store to stock product that you dont have in inventory. read more

A friend told me about this place and I started following them on Instagram. I noticed there was a sale this weekend so I thought this was the perfect time to check them out, so glad I did. First, the place was packed. It's a very small store and I think that due to the sale they were extra busy. While I showed up more than an hour before closing, it took them some time to get to me which was past closing time. I didn't have any place to be so I didn't mind the wait but I was a little worried about keeping the staff late. If they were bothered by having to stay late it didn't show at all. I got all the attention and time I needed to shop without ANY pressure to hurry up. I truly appreciated this. Salina and her staff were wonderful and they really take the time to get to know you and your needs. Salina is as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. Not only was she getting to know me, she had regulars that were coming in to shop who she knew immediately. I learned a lot about finding the proper bra and fit, she nailed it with just about every recommendation. The bra prices are comparable to Victoria's Secret but a much higher quality. They have sizes I didn't know existed. While they have a huge inventory, you may have to special order a size if you are looking for a special color or style.
