I found out about this store as I was looking on Groupon for Deals in San Antonio as was going to be visiting in the city. While I didn't get a Groupon I wanted to check this place out as it seemed to have a good selection of bra brands. The store is in a strip mall and while small has a lot of brands and sizes to offer. I would recommend scheduling a time for a bra fitting vs just shopping as I think you would get more assistance that way. Being a Saturday they already had a wait list for fittings so I just tried a few on for sizing. While I didn't end up buying anything I did overhear them helping some one else with ordering the proper size and they would have it shipped for free to them. Simply said, most women, especially larger cup sizes, are most likely wearing the wrong size bra. After "fittings" at various department stores and of course Victoria's Secret, I found I was among them. After more than a year of weekly massages for my back and shoulders, and changing my mattress, office chair, and exercise shoes, I bit the bullet and went in for a real bra fitting. I am horrified to admit how off my bra sizing was before I went in for a proper fitting with Salina. She and her staff are amazing to work with, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Because seriously, who enjoys bra fittings?! Salina really knows her products and how to properly fit with the right material, brand, use- you name it she can find you something you will love to put on in the morning and feel great about yourself! Well let me tell you- they have a gorgeous selection in stock and can order so many more for you. You may have to wait 4-6 weeks to get your order but it's worth it for a beautiful and quality bra! Of course I walked out the door with a few as well... Fast forward one week and another trip to get my scheduled massage. As soon as I walked in, it was obvious my posture had improved immensely and I had very little back and shoulder tension- my masseuse was astounded with the fast improvement. The reason? I AM FINALLY WEARING BRAS THAT FIT ME. I now only get a massage once a month. For me this was quite literally a life changing experience and I can't thank Salina and staff enough for your kindness and great selection! If I could give less than 1 star I would. First, they have you make a 30 min appt I didn't mind that at all...I was a little stand offish about paying $25.00 fee, but I figured I'll just pay it thinking I would have the undivided attention of the consultant...I was highly mistaken. I was there on time for my 11:30 appt...it took them until approx. 11:40 before anyone could help me. I was then put in a room with the consultant to start my fitting. I saw her 2x when she returned with the 3rd bra...I put it on and proceeded to sit there for over 15 min... So I changed into my clothes and walked out of the store. If you have nothing better to do and a want to spend a lot of money for 1 bra go...but I WILL NEVER GO THERE or RECOMMEND them to ANYONE!!!!! read more

The first time I came I was sure I had found the store for all my future bra purchases, 5 stars! The woman who measured me was very informative and kind in my search for a nursing bra. She was pretty adamant that the Cake brand was best and held up fabulously and showed me the proper way to put on and wear it. I purchased two, unfortunately one had to be ordered (no big deal) and would take about 8 weeks to arrive. After wearing the special order bra only a handful of times (and not within their 10 day return period) the underwire popped completely through, very disappointing, not the end of the world as I also needed to purchase two sports bras. The woman I dealt with the second time was horrid. After showing her the damaged bra she suggested I was putting it on wrong, or had washed it too much/the wrong way. She had me demonstrate at the register how I put the bra on a few times. I informed her that I hadn't washed the bra yet (gross, maybe) she was visibly disgusted and then stated the bra broke because I hadn't washed it. After all that embarrassment she was unwilling to help me find the size sports bra I needed. I left with that horrible feeling no woman wants while bra shopping and will no longer recommend this store. read more

Let me start by saying that when I first visited this establishment, I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and they are extremely helpful finding your perfect fit. I was so impressed, that I bought a bra and placed an order for another that same day. That was February 23rd(Orders do tend to take 5 to 6 weeks to come in). I was expecting the bra to be in by April 13th, which was adequate enough time for the shipping information that the shop had put out. I call the Bra Box to see if my order is in since I haven't heard anything since the first time I went to the store. When I call, they tell me that my bra is not there. One of the staff members tells me that a shipment had come in, but my order was not with them. They offer me the larger size and they also offered me the same style but not in the color I wanted. I said no to both of those options since I wanted the bra that I had ordered and paid for. I received no apologies for the missing brassiere and the only explanation was that they company had forgotten to send my order with the others from Germany. A staff member at the Bra Box later informs me that another shipment will be delivered in a week or two. I say okay and I go on about my life. It's now May 4th and I have time to go into the Bra Box. I go in and I'm greeted by a friendly staff member(didn't get her name) and she asks me what she can help me with. I tell her I'm checking to see if my order is in. She later returns with the larger bra(not my order). I am then told that my order won't be in until May 11th now. It has now been over 2 months since I've placed this order...she asks me if I want to try on the bra, which I do. At this point, I have completely given up. They do not do refunds and I did not want in store credit. I take the larger bra, so I can at least show that I have something for the money I had paid 2 months previously. I inform her that it is on the larger side, but I'll settle. She them offers me the other bra in a different color. I tell her, I want this color, because this is what I had wanted when I ordered it. In 2 months time, I do not have the bra I ordered and I have not received any sort of apology. The staff ushered me to take home something I did not want originally and then I was treated like a nuisance when I asked about my original purchase. I'm sorry to say that because of everything that has come to this point, I am no longer a customer at this store. read more

I have hated bras all my life. I've gotten "fitted" so many times at some many stores and after spending thousands of dollars, my bra still didn't fit right. I felt as if I was suffocating; my back, my neck and my shoulders hurt, I felt so uncomfortable. I would sweat and feel like I couldn't breathe. For work, I would wear a normal bra but mid morning I would change to a sport bra with no support at all. Haven't wore a nice shirt because no shirts look nice when you walk around with a uniboob. Most of my life I wore a 32C, 34D sometimes DD, always uncomfortable, always either spilling, sagging or in pain. Just horrible.
