This was a recommendation from our hotel as a pet friendly spot. I went 2 days in a row…read more Day 1- Great. 2 piece fish and chips with beans and mac - cheese. The server was great , I tried to get one blackened and one fried, that was a no, he did ask. The fish was very good and the batter didn't overpower the flavor of the cod. I was also impressed with the green beans , amazing flavor combo. The mac - cheese was also better than most places with a creamy texture and smooth cheesy flavor. Day 2 - I came back for the Guinness Stew, I was alone night one with the Aussies and it was represented as a large portion. Small Brussel Sprout appetizer was a good start. Sriracha BBQ Meatballs were amazing hit. Very flavorful and I will make these at home The Brie was a miss. Not much Brie lots of sweetness, minimal chips and a price tag that made it very much not worth it. The Guinness Stew was lackluster. A small sourdough round with some stew in it. It was missing that rich Guinness flavor and thick broth I love and salt didn't fix missing layors I was excited to taste. The price made this dish a huge miss. We talked about that the rest of the night. 2 Prime Rib dinners medium rare were tender, not very well seasoned, sometimes its good to leave the meat the star, we had AuJus and Horseradish for added flavor. More mac - cheese , not very warm, but good nonetheless. Peas and carrots, were okay. The busser spilled the Aujus on my boyfriend's lap cleaning up the dishes, no one said anything, I'll get that stain out. They were out of Apple Cobbler, sad face there. They did take it off of our bill and rerun the card. The manager came out to explain the way that works, pending charges and all, that was a plus. The warm chocolate cake we also ordered was rich and moist, it had some whip cream with it, next time we would add ice cream if ordered again. Not sure I would go back here, our bill was $167 dollars plus tip ( Our waiter was solid) = $207

The new place is modern featuring a large dining area and a separate full bar. Staff members pleasant. Our food order varied from liver and onions to Shepard pie as well as fish and chips. The meals were well prepared and tasty. Last thought, the old pub had an ambience, decor and a feeling of warmness that was left behind. Time flys.

Walking in was a fun surprise, it was the best Irish Pub experience! Lots of wood all around, the tables, the bar, the walls, dim but cozy lighting, tables and chairs everywhere. It was very inviting! You order at the bar, which is think is a traditional Irish Pub way, our bartender was great and made some awesome drinks that absolutely made up for our day! We had two of the featured drinks, one was a watermelon tonic and the other was an old fashioned and they were made perfectly! We didn't get to try the food, we just came for drinks and we were not let down!

Wife ordered the fish & chips. Just OK. Fries were not crispy, still a little white. Cole slaw was bland. I ordered the Guiness beef stew. Dish was only warm, not hot. Flavor was good, not great. Not enough to complain to anyone working there. But certainly would not recommend the place for the food. Plenty of places to drink and root for your team, has options for inside and out. Found a quiet enough place inside, but no TV around. Probably why it was quiet. Thanks, but we'll be trying something else next time.

It's counter service ordering and they bring your meal to your table if you choose to eat-in. The staff was very friendly. The fish and chips were very good along with the shrimp. The chips (fries) yum! They're hand cut on-site with a dash of sea salt, yum. They offer a selection of British beers along with American beers. Fun fact - they have a really good selection of British foods and candy to purchase at reasonable prices.

I was going to order chicken and it looked absolutely amazing for the people that were getting served. However, they definitely fry their chicken in the same oil that they fry their fish . However, the french fries are not. So I ordered a basket of french fries for my dinner. Maybe it was in my imagination, but I'm telling you it still tasted like fish to me. The two that I had were very good and I have to tell you those that had the fried cod finish their plates. That's amazing and I know they're definitely going to be back.
