My son, after the 2 classes and missing the 3rd decided he didn't want to return. I made a payment on the day he was due to return, and an hour later he told me he didn't want to go back. I called and asked if they could refund my payment since we won't be attending the second half of the sessions, and was told it's against policy. Prior to making the payment, I received a text that he was no longer enrolled because of lack of payment. They were completely fine with unenrolling him for lack of payment but once I paid it, that seemed to evade them. Now it's "our instructors depend on that." They're depending on fees from the parents of finicky kids. It's disgusting and predatory. They shouldn't be offering classes for kids if they don't understand their nature. Not to mention having my son walk through the weeds to some creepy shed where the class was held. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

And have no idea why a third relative is necessary. Also if this was better explained at the point of sale it would have eased a lot of my frustration. ORIGINAL REVIEW This place is awful. We were sent there by my child's elementary school. It was the only choice we were given which makes it so much worse. They have very poor business practices. They require a social security number which they keep written down which is very poor security practice. Also they require spouses name address phone and an additional relative's name, address and phone. I understand checking my drivers license and keeping information including credit card on file but all of this is unreasonable. Further it definitely should not be kept on a single piece of paper. Further we are renting because my daughter has never played violin and she may hate it. But they require a 32 month contract! This is for fifth grade, yet the contract goes through the end of seventh grade. That is also not reasonable. The staff were also rude. When I complained and questioned these things I was told I could purchase the instrument out right if I didn't like it. Again this was the only option given to us by the school. The owner appeared on the parents meeting zoom call. If he is going to work directly with the school he should have better business practices.

We were helped right away and the person working was very knowledgeable. I was happy with the service overall and the expense of the rental versus having to buy outright. They have a great program in place for all the local schools.
