Instead of properly servicing my vehicle, the technicians caused extensive and unacceptable damage, breaking multiple critical components in the engine bay that were perfectly fine before I arrived. When confronted with the damage, the staff attempted to sweep it under the rug. They offered a shady "self-fix" solution, which blatantly violates their own corporate policies. There is a staggering lack of accountability at every level of this organization. The absolute lowest point occurred when I tried to escalate the matter. While having a serious conversation with the Store Leader regarding the destruction of my property, I could clearly hear employees casually throwing around the "N" word in the background. It was highly offensive, completely inappropriate, and the manager did absolutely nothing to address it. The complete absence of basic professionalism, respect, and human decency from start to finish is mind-boggling. If you value your vehicle, keep it far away from this shop. They will recklessly damage your property and refuse to lift a finger to make it right. Because the local staff was completely uncooperative, I was forced to take matters into my own hands and independently contact their corporate customer service team just to get a damage claim initiated. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs. Do not trust these people with your vehicle until they completely overhaul their management, strictly enforce their own policies, and adequately train their employees in both basic mechanics and workplace professionalism.

Saving him thousands! I had water damage to my car and was scared I was going to pay thousands for repairs on my car too but my dad told me to drop my car off at West Ave Auto. They were honest right away. Didn't try to play off the fact my car could have needed huge repairs. Instead reassured me the damage was minor and they were even able to bend back a part instead of telling me to replace the whole thing. In addition, I knew I needed other work done so gladly gave my business to them. My car was also done the same day! Saving me the hassle of having to worry about paying for a rental and unnecessary stress. On top of it, Marvin remembered my dad, his name and truck. I just needed a patch on my rear driver side tire on my gt 350, the customer service was excellent with violet and doc. As soon as I asked if I could go watch the process they had no problem with it. They brought me back there, and even let me keep the front splitter fastener that was in the tire. While the wheel was off they let me shine up the inside of the rim that I never can get too. Was an easy 30 minute job, and they didn't scratch up the rim. The price for the service was much lower then i expected! Highly recommend these guys!

Our daughter had a nail in her tire and she needed a quick place to get it fixed so she could go…read moreback to work. Two men were working in there and the younger blonde man patched her tire and then when he filled it back up he wasn't paying attention and he filled it up so much that it burst. The shop replaced her blown tire with a used tire of the same brand (Yokohama). Less than two days later the air had leaked out of that tire and she went back. The young man filled it up with air and walked away. Every day since then she has to fill up the tire. I called and spoke to someone stating his name was Fernando and that he was he manager. We came to an agreement over the phone that he would replace the tire and let me first inspect the tire before mounting it. We went this morning to talk to Fernando and the blonde man was there too. The blonde man was mouthy and disrespectful and even leaned on MY car while talking to me. And what a shocker... Fernando denied making the agreement and twisted what was said and then denied that they blew her original tire. We left and bought our daughter brand new tires with extended warranty and road hazard. Don't trust these guys and don't take your car there. They will screw you over and treat you like garbage.

I also found out that I can take my Nissan Rogue for transmission service there. Was told they can service the CVT transmission. Way cheaper than the dealership prices.
