Great and friendly customer service. Oils and vinegars taste amazing. Love shopping here and has become one of my favorite places to shop.

I was on crutches after getting major reconstructive skin graft surgery on my foot and wanted gelato. This incident happened 5 or so days after the surgery. Despite the restaurant being open, the gelato entrance was locked. The ground was wet and icy, and after I hopped up the stairs to the gelato shop, I had to hop to the main entrance because there was nobody there. Thankfully my mother was with me to help hold open doors. Once I made it to the main entrance, I asked about the gelato, and the staff person said it was open, but I wouldn't be able to go through the restaurant to get there and informed me I had to go back around. I believe there was some sort of construction happening, but I struggle to understand why an accommodation couldn't have been made. In hindsight, I wish I had advocated for myself better. My mom helped me leave the restaurant area so I could hop back to the gelato shop in the icy rain, and once I made it to the back (again), the flooring in the shop was slick. Combined with the wet crutches and the slick ground, I fell and broke the fall with my foot that had received surgery. The staff person who directed me to go back outside and witnessed the fall did not even ask me if I was okay. I ended up calling 911 to get an ambulance to take me to the emergency room once we got home from the restaurant because I was terrified that the impact of the fall ripped the sewn bandage and graft out of my foot. Long story short, I'm disappointed at how this situation was handled by the restaurant. The gelato was fine.

I am compelled to write a review for this very delicious, romantic spot. We were heading down the…read moreroad to another place when Daniella's caught my eye. I always disregarded them as they have "cafe and market" in their name. I assumed sandwich and bakery. We decided to pull in and discovered a full restaurant, patio, and bar. We decided to sit at the bar as it was last minute and there were empty seats. Joanna, our bar tender, instantly greeted us and got us some delicious cocktails quickly. My cosmo was one of the best I had. We asked for some recommendations, and she was spot on. The caprese salad was a plump delicious heirloom tomato with delicious pesto, mozzarella and balsamic dressing. The arancini was a cheesy risotto in a bolognese sauce that my husband couldn't stop saying "fantastic." Same with me. We ended up splitting the sliced filet which was cooked to perfection. Oh, and I forgot about the delicious warm bread and parmigian oil that was to die for. Service and food are 5 stars. We are going to come back again and again!! Loved it.

I agree with an early review that this is a social media creation. Like some NYC club, they want…read morethat line for the hype as opposed to hiring more staff on Saturdays and actually efficiently moving the line. And maybe reviewing this is like reviewing a Target ... i.e. who cares. Or maybe it's jealousy because I got there on a Saturday morning and waited in ridiculous line. After 45 minutes, I had moved 1.5 car lengths with still 50 people in front of me. I guess if you are a roast beef guru, it's for you. Funny thing, I didn't even want roast beef! I finally went across the street to Brothers and had an excellent tuna sandwich.

Ughhh *insert SHOCKED face here!*…read more I am truly shocked and confused at the hype surrounding the 3-way roast beef sandwich and cult following it has as I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be so "special" about it that people wait in line so long for it... My husband and I arrived about an hour before this place opened on a Saturday, and the line for this sandwich was already forming outside. By the time we got inside, the line was down the street/around the corner! There are no sandwich sizes. It's pretty much a size "super beef" on an onion roll with the classic sauce, mayo & cheese. I watched the staff grab softball-sized handfuls of beef, pile it onto the buns and top it with sauce using a ladle. It was quite the operation! You can tell the fresh, rosy-pink, soft & flavorful beef is very high quality BUT the sandwich overall was not as impressive as I expected it to be in relation to the hype. I've had others where I was blown away by the taste/flavor after the first bite which is what I expected here, but it did not happen! Don't get me wrong, it was still a good/decent legitimate North Shore roast beef sandwich, but certainly NOT worth waiting in line for (in my opinion). You can get just as good of a sandwich (if not better) from other roast beef establishments without the lines/wait!
