We got seated outside and were greeted right away by our waitress. There's a covered structure in the back and street parking in the front as well. As everyone has been mentioning, the food was very good. We checked this place out on a Friday night and ordered the olives, lebne, pita, hummus, brussel sprouts, gnocchi, New York steak, and two different bottles of wine. Everything tasted very good, it would be difficult to pick a favorite but I will say the fresh pita was a delicious and unique touch. Loved that. Why only 3 stars? Maybe it's my fault for misunderstanding what kind of place this is, but despite asking if there was a nonsmoking area, we ended up in a dining room filled with other people's smoke and music so loud the we couldn't hear each other across the table. I swear we're not old, late 20s, but even the people who normally smoke in our group thought it was too much. The music was really good though, truly enjoyed the DJ and vibes were great, as was our server. The guy pouring our wine did spill some on the table and not even bother to apologize or wipe it down or even mention it which was odd, so I just wiped it up with my napkin. I can look past that. I was looking for a cool new spot to treat my bestie to a nice birthday dinner, but this wasn't the spot for us. I just wish the owner had been more honest and specific regarding the smoking policy. We have hired The Brandy twice this year for company events and they have given us spectacular service both times. The Brandy hosted our annual Halloween party. We rented out the whole restaurant and patio. Hovik, Palo, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They decked the whole place out in spooky vibes, handcrafted hookah menus, and created delicious drinks and food for us to enjoy. We recently had The Brandy be our hookah vendor for our Office Christmas Party. We had 120 guests and Harry worked efficiently in always ensuring our guests had hot coals and fresh hookah heads. I went to this place for the 2nd time last Saturday and I was completely disappointed. We had to wait almost 1 hour in order to get seated even though there were a few empty tables. they told us that they are reserved but noone really showed up. Once seated in the indoor area, the music was so loud that we could barely hear and talk to each other. although the DJ was great and had a great selection of music and songs. To start with we order some cocktails and appetizers. They completely rip you off on any liquors or cocktails. Our cocktails had almost non alcohol in it just some mixture of syrup and water. So we decided to order some beer. To my surprise they were also so cheap that our glass of bear was 3/4 full. They also charge you like 5$ for some tiny pitta bread which doesn't even cost 10 cents. A good advice for the owner. If you want to stay in business make be profitable, be honest and don't be cheap by ripping people off by saving on liquors and other things. People are not stupid and they realise that it is not worth coming there for their money. I only give 2 stars and that is for the performance of the DJ and the dancers that night and 0 start for the management. read more

To start, we got fries, labneh, olives, and brussels sprouts! The fries and Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection and served with such a yummy aioli!!
