    I broke my phone a week before Mother's Day. I was constantly going back and forth to the Frisco…read morelocation, and every time I went, I was greeted, and was taken care of, and received information that helped along the way every time. Long story short, Brenden, Shawn, Cayce, Krista, and the manager at the Frisco location were ALL very kind and very willing to help me no matter the problem I had. Got a new phone a week later and advice on how to deal with a "sticky" situation in the meantime. I was very pleased to see all of these kind representatives giving a helping hand and information to help with my situation. Thank you all, and you all deserve a Raise! jaja if only huh Spectrum... well they have my respect. Will continue to come here and say hi lol

    Quality of internet: poor, I had the highest gig they provide. It wasn't even fast. I would always…read morehave problems with them towards the end of the month. Mind you, I used auto pay so the money deducts automatically. Until they received payment, my internet would always slow down by the last week of the month. When I complained about it to them. They would say, you need to upgrade your modem. I upgraded my modem three times since I was with them. I had to be with them because my subdivision only allowed them as internet and TV provider. Thankfully, AT&T came in. We switched. I don't recommend them at all. The customer service was good though. They always came out to see the issues, the phone people were polite. It's just the service and the company. Don't even waste your money and time with them.
