They would say, you need to upgrade your modem. I upgraded my modem three times since I was with them. I had to be with them because my subdivision only allowed them as internet and TV provider. Thankfully, AT&T came in. We switched. I don't recommend them at all. The customer service was good though. They always came out to see the issues, the phone people were polite. It's just the service and the company. Don't even waste your money and time with them.

Ignore reviews of those who've just signed up because we've been stuck with Spectrum VoIP for 3 years and time reveals the truth. I would never recommend SpectrumVoIP to another business. What should have been simple phone service turned into a 60-month commitment involving a third-party finance company, confusing contract terms, multiple departments giving conflicting explanations, missing historical documents, cancellation instructions we never requested, and countless hours of our employees' time just trying to understand what we signed up for and what it would cost to leave. The icing on the cake? Our phones repeatedly show "No Service" while we're still paying for them. We've spent weeks emailing Billing, Cancellation, Customer Service, and others just trying to get straight answers. At one point we were told documents were attached to an email--they weren't. I clicked the link to view our own support ticket and was told I didn't have access. Business phone service should make running your business easier. This has done the opposite.
