The yoga instructor is calming; it makes for a peaceful begining. The goats are so adorable and there were babies in the spring, not more than maybe 8 lbs or so. I think this is one of the best experiences anyone can do. They have you set up outside, on your yoga mats (don't forget to bring a mat - they supply thin ones in case you forget). and there is a small fence around your yoga group so the goats cant get out. The group is maybe 10 or 12 people. If it rains, they have a tent set up so the yoga goes on, rain or shine. And you just a nice, hour long relaxing time in this beautifully, tranquil garden. After you finish the best yoga in the city, they offer vegan empanadas as a nice snack and a baseball hat with the Paradigm Gardens logo on it. You can bring your own water and they have nice clean bathrooms as well. They are doing everything right! Everyone should experience the joy of goat yoga!

The overall vibe of the venue was romantic without being over the top just beautiful and perfectly done. The drinks and open bar were great, but the food was truly a highlight. Everything was made fresh right in front of us, and it was absolutely delicious easily rivaling some of the best local restaurants. I've been wanting to visit Paradigm Gardens for their concert nights, and after experiencing this event, it's definitely going on my calendar!

Some of my favorite items to purchase are: Flower bouquets, ice cream, tortilla chips, salsa, pasta, pesto, fresh basil, peaches, tomatoes & oh my gosh I could keep going! It feels good to support local and these days it's no more expensive than the stuff at the store. Check it out! (Dog/Family friendly!) Pro tip: bring cash to avoid transaction fees on venmo or credit card charges.

There are multiple crescent city farmer's markets throughout the city but I believe this one is referencing the one in Mid-City that used to be in the parking lot at American Can apartments but has now relocated to the Lafitte Greenway! Soooo I don't normally cook so I was there to just check it out and maybe get some prepared food! I lucked out bc Plume Algiers had some delicious chai and stuffed naan with goat cheese and mushrooms! It was super easy to pay with Venmo and they had their venmo account right on a laminated sheet! Score! I like this new location for the farmer's market bc there is more space to spread out than the American fan parking lot. Plus it's such a great outdoor space right off the Lafitte Greenway with two sets of bike racks, benches, hand sanitizer stations, and even a lit stage! They also have a booth where you can get tokens and they accept EBT which is awesome! There were lots of different booths with everything from Fruits, vegetables, seafood, bread, local honey, and so much more! One of the highlights for me is seeing the beautiful rainbow flag that ends in a trans ‍ flag! Way to represent! They also have lovely metallic sculptures that light up in different colors at night! Happy Farmer's Marker Shopping!

I came in to expand my wine and pairing knowledge, but since I'm still learning, I told the staff to surprise me with a board. They knocked it out of the park and even took the time to describe every meat and cheese they selected for me. That level of patient, expert service is so rare. The board was beautifully balanced and loaded with artisan cheeses, prosciutto, salami, dried fruit, nuts, and perfect accompaniments alongside a pour of white wine. Fantastic staff, incredible food, and the perfect atmosphere for anyone wanting to learn more about food and wine pairings!

Every layer earns its place, and that aged cheddar gets to be the star it should be. Just order it, no further questions, your welcome. The Warehouse District location is bright, modern, and roomy, and the staff were easygoing and helpful without any fuss. Do not breeze past the fridge either, there are some offbeat bottled drinks tucked in there worth the grab. Five stars, and my next New Orleans lunch is already spoken for.
