Always been a fan of the fact they sell raw localized honey. And it's delicious. Everything that I've walked out of their doors with is pretty damn tasty. Cant say I've ever had a complaint. Also I ran out of gas once and pulled up out front. Not a word from the staff about when am I moving my car, no hassle, no worries. I can appreciate that big time. Some places are hounding you like you meant to run out of gas and did it where they're located or something. Not these guys though. We used to go here frequently until about a 2 years ago when they freaked out and yelled at my wife because she walked in without a mask. They yelled at her and made a big scene which was unnecessary. I mean yelled. These people are nuts and not customer oriented for sure. All it would have taken would have been to request that she put on a mask or leave. Simple idea for sure and the way to treat customers. read more

However, the workers are not very friendly at all. I don't think I ever seen them smile. We tried this place based on other yelp reviews. The lady behind the counter was very grumpy. Food was meh. We thought they were having an off day but they were totally kind and helpful to the locals that came in after us. Multiple people came in while we were there and the service was night and day. I was in from out of town on a business trip and stopped in one morning to buy treats for our business host. $19 for three dozen delicious fresh baked assorted cookies! The food was decent, but my friend and I overheard one of the employees coaching one of the new staff members on how to get customers to buy more with their sandwiches. Essentially training the staff to push their products on customers. We just wanted to meet some friendly people in Cheyenne, not be pushed into buying more. The bread was soft though. read more

Here's why yelp is pretty cool. I was in a time crunch and ravenous for some food. It was tempting to snag an Arby's or some other corporate chain shops, but pulled up yelp and this place popped up. I ordered the half roast beef on wheat with all the fixings, a thing of chips, and a drink. Sandwich was good. Nice meat to bun ratio and plenty of mayo and mustard to lube it down the throat. Around lunch time on a Friday it was difficult to find a seat inside but I took my chances with the breezy outside. Almost came back for their delicious looking deserts. As we all know Covid has changed our environment, however, this little shop has changed personalities. Once a delightful bakery and breakfast shop, the staff changed personalities.
