Sitting on a pillow in my recliner from the very 1st. day it was delivered. I did get them to come back once. Pushed some material under the recliner but didn't do anything for the FRAME I FEEL WHEN I SIT ON THE CUSHION. DUH!! NO ONE IN THE STORE IS HONESTLY ON IT. THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE. EVEN THIS STORE DIDN'T REALLY CARE! Sad, what the stores get away with.

So I guess it comes from the top down. -I needed two screens replaced. Dropped off and was told their screen guy would take care of it. -Went to pick up and he put the wrong latched on the screens. Why wouldn't you use the ones that came? Or marked where they attach? He was clueless when I explained I couldn't use the screens now. He then sends me across town to get new latches from Richmond Glass (just take your screens there for work FYI) they were so helpful and sympathetic to my having to deal with the idiots at Ace. -I return and the screen guy tells me I should just replace the latches myself and he can sell me the screen tool. I already paid for him to do this. I then see the parts I drove across town to get that he told me Ace doesn't carry. I ask him to replace the latches as I've paid for the job. -I provide him the measurements verbally 3 times with approximately 5 times repeat back because he admits he didn't write them down. Spoiler Alert: he mismeasures where the latches go. We have to take it back. -then after several phone calls to inquire on our screens we are told he was off and the manager couldn't have anyone else work on them because of the issues. -This hour tops job took over a week with us doing most of the legwork. Zero apologies. We've had them do screens before and it was always great. This was atrocious and I'm upset over the entire experience. Buyer beware. Go to Richmond Glass for actual customer service and expertise. Ace has gone downhill.

I just worked at this company for three months. The quality control person and the maintenance…read morepeople can do whatever they want, meaning they can use their phones on the floor but if a press operator or assembly person does they get scolded for it. I know they can do whatever they want because I've seen them on their phones repeatedly. The owner also walks around on his phone. My mother was put in the hospital in ICU and I was put in a group message with my sister and aunts and when I tried to respond the secretary came out telling me to get off my phone within seconds. Twice. The day my mother was getting out of the hospital ( 2 1/2 weeks later) I was responding to my sister's messages and the Quality Control person (who was on her phone with her daughter that day in front of me) tried writing me up and said if I'm "caught" again I'm terminated lol I quit on the spot. It's rules for thee but not for me at this company. It states right in the employee handbook that you have to punch out if you leave the building for lunch but the secretary and the quality control girl just leave without punching out and they do it right in front of other employees. I have never been absent in the three months that I worked at this company. I have never even been late to work when I worked for this company. There is only one other employee there that hasn't missed a day in the 90 days that I worked there.The quality girl was absent at least 5 times in the 3 month period. I was also told by other employees that she was so mean to the last quality girl that she quit. And she did it on purpose so she could have her job. WOW I am a 50 year old adult woman who knows right from wrong. If I work at a company for eight hours a day and spend five minutes of my day texting that's my business. oh well they lost a good employee in me they can't even keep employees and they're gonna hassle people about using their phone for a minute. not only that the secretary gets off of her butt and comes out and tells people to stop talking lol STOP TALKING??? I would like to add that the maintenance people and the owner congregate in the same area and talk and talk and talk lol she has even told people to turn the radio down ha ha that's not a good way to get people to stay working for you. Oh and to end my review, if you do decide to work here get ready to hear everything you don't wanna know about the quality control girls family and the kids she adopted.

I purchase 95% of my clothing at this store. The store is always neat and tidy as are the dressing…read morerooms and bathroom. The staff are polite and dress appropriately, no short, short tops or extremely low cut jeans. The clothing is displayed wonderfully. You never see any clothes that are disorganized, incorrectly folded or haphazardly put on hangers. All staff are polite and great. Staff know the clothes and when not assisting consumers are tidying the clthing or displays, staff are never "just" standing or doing nothing. A sign of good management, which is an attribute to the store. There are 2 staff, Stephanie and Whitney (they always assist me)....they know me and my style. I have physical limitations, espicially trying on pants. Both of them ensures that I always use the largest dressing room and when necessary, they will assist me in trying on clothing. They always call me by my first name, which is really nice. They will make clothing suggestions to me but they never push me into purchasing items that are not my style (as other stores will do). I love the store and the staff are great. I appreciate everything this store does for me. I think its great, that Stephanie can put an outfit together for me that is my style.
