I had a 90 minute Massage - . It was my first time there. I can't say I would ever go back nor would i ever recommend massage services by Hannah . The massage table (awful) that was actually a surgery type table was hard as a rock, and I developed a awful headache having my face in the cradle that was not very plush either. I was so looking forward to a good massage instead what I got was a rub down ... by that I mean she used her hands about 20% ( i'm being generous) and the time the rest of the time she used her forearm!!! . she never massages my arms or hands - I wasn't aware of a forearm massage- so for 90 minutes I got through it.... I can't say I enjoyed any part of it. I could not wait for it to get over. Hannah should stick with the cupping she mentioned - as she said it saves her hands. $110 -edit: my neck and back were so sore Saturday and Sunday from this massage this has never happened that table is the worst!!! read more

The staff was friendly and the facility was nice and clean. However the service was not great. Getting the gel polish off my toe nails was painful. I've had plenty of pedicures in my life and I've never had anyone struggle this much. She filed the skin on my toes and took f.o.r.e.v.e.r to remove the polish. I was hoping it would be redeemed by the massage, but sadly that was subpar as well. Overall the pedicure was the worst I've ever had and the front desk was slow to check us out. Its a great place, I really do enjoy it when I go. However I got a gift card for Christmas from my husband in 2020 and I have only been able to get in 1 time for a massage. The later appointment and weekends are booked out for months. Last November they asked if I wanted to be put on the cancellation list I said yes, they have not called me once, so I called today and booked a massage for the summer. It has been a couple of weeks since my 90-minute facial with Allie Neubauer, and I am so impressed. The experience was so amazing, and it was absolutely the BEST facial I have ever had. I think about it all the time. I'm trying to figure out how often I can go back because it was such a relaxing experience. The scalp massage, music, smells, hand treatment, foot treatment, etc... I can't even explain how amazing it was. I never realized what a good face massage felt like, but now I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Allie (make sure you ask for the right one because they have a few there). The Brickhouse also has a great atmosphere, and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I was given a gift card for Christmas and just had my appointment for a facial and massage yesterday (they have about a 3-4 month wait for booking multiple services for the same day) Hannah did my massage and sky did my facial and both were much needed. Upon arrival the lobby was clean and spacious, the coffee bar is to the left and the receptionist is to the right. I showed up right at my appointment time and didn't know that I had to fill out paperwork prior to my appointment so the lady in the front seemed a little irritated but I don't think that was towards me because after my appointments she was super friendly. My massage was nice, not the best that I've had but I liked that Hannah checked in with me on the pressure. The room for the massage was too bright, the blinds don't cover enough sunlight coming in and there was a lot of noise in the lobby so it was hard to relax and is why I'm not giving 5 stars but Hannah did offer me an eye pillow for when I turned over on my back and that was super helpful. The facial room was darker than the massage room which didn't make sense but it made for a more relaxing experience with the facial! Sky also checked in with me during the facial and the scalp/ shoulder massage was amazing! The beds are also heated so that was an added bonus! For the price of the services I wish all of the rooms were more relaxing and sound proof like other high end salons but I will definitely be back because of how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. They also offer Manis and pedis but I didn't try those services this go around. They also provided me with a robe and a bag to put my belongings in while I waited for my facial. read more

Brickhouse Massage & Coffee Bar My friend & I decided to treat ourselves to a few spa services at the end of our cross-country road trip. We walked into this unique spa & coffee bar & were greeted warmly. A beautiful white fireplace dominates the room & the decor is both tasteful & restful. You instantly feel relaxed walking in. The coffee bar, with cute small gifts & chocolates is to the left, the spa to the right. The entire place is decorated in a very clean gray, white and black. The staff was very friendly & genuine. Both of us loved our massages from Tere & I also thoroughly enjoyed a pedicure from Svetlana. Loved that I was given a robe to wear for both services with a bag to carry my clothes in. My feet felt SO happy & toes were refreshed. Too bad it's boot season so I can't show them off! We also enjoyed the 16oz coffee that came with our service. The pumpkin pie latte was delicious! I just want to express my appreciation to Angelo for his massage expertise! I skied yesterday in icy and foggy conditions yesterday. First time for Mt Spokane and 10 yrs has passed since my last time skiing. Add that to weak legs(gym closed) and rental boots, I was out of my comfort zone most of the time. So upper body was tight from all the tensing to not fall, making turns, and so on. I was very impressed with Angelo's massage technique and would not hesitate to see him again! I had rec'd a gift card for the "oh so lucky lady" package for Christmas. I booked the first available appointment, which was 2.5mo later. But the final cost came out to $40 more than the gift card. My fiancé and I were pretty disappointed because 1. It was a gift he wanted to give me that I shouldn't have had to worry about scanning my card for. And 2. There is no way they did not know at Christmas that prices were going to increase. The services were really great! I loved my facial (first one ever)! Let me begin by saying that this review is ONLY related to my experiences with waxing. I have not done any of the other services, but judging by the prices, I would expect much more based on even what I received with simple waxing. It wasn't my first time there for a brow wax, and while I didn't have any problems the first time around, it hadn't really left a strong mark on me. Everyone was nice, though, so I went back for another go. This time was not so great. The aesthetician called me back into the room first by mispronouncing my name. I get that a lot, so I didn't think too much of it. She then made a joke about how she couldn't see so well without her glasses. So one would think she would put on glasses of some sort to wax my brows. No. Her glasses were in her car apparently.. Yes, the aesthetician, who self-admitted that she cannot see up close very well performed an entire brow wax without any sort of glasses. Need I say that they were not done very well, and when she was "finished" I had to ask her to pluck stray hairs. (Isn't this standard with brow grooming?) She admitted she hadn't seen those. (I bet.) She also tried to get stray hairs with wax rather than tweezers, which resulted in uneven lines. I noticed the next morning (to my horror) that there was a small line going up into the center of my arch. My advice would be that if you find out your aesthetician needs glasses but refuses to wear them for whatever reason, run, do not walk, to the exit. read more

I booked 2 of The Perfect 3 package 3 hrs This was booked months ahead of time to assure I was getting the appointment on April 21 because it was our 33 year Wedding Anniversary I even told the receptionist I don't care what time the appointment is as long as we are together . our Spa time was 4pm - 7pm we planned on a relaxing dinner after the Spa ( didn't happen) I received 2 appointment confirmation text both said the appointments were at 5pm I called to question this both times confirming we are at 4pm and was told there's no issues with the appointments. We got to the Spa at 4pm and were taken back for the pedicure only 1 chair was set up so I sat in the other chair thinking they would get him started and then start mine Nope I sat there for 50 minutes while he received his pedicure then he sat there for 50 minutes while I got mine ( now it makes sense my text said 5 they knew what they did ) I asked the girl doing the pedicure she said I don't know why they booked 2 and I'm the only one scheduled. After the pedicures were over we had no idea what was going on we're just sitting in the room I finally walked into the hall to ask what is next and now they are 1 hour behind schedule and explained we have dinner plans They offered to give 1 of us the message and 1 of us the facial if we couldn't stay the extra hour we stayed the extra hour and didn't go to dinner. We upgraded our message to hot rock I asked about the hot rocks when I noticed they were not telling my husband anything about the rocks and was told that wasn't requested this conversation is happening while he's getting his message and I'm getting my facial ( relaxing right ) she said they can do the hot rocks for me and add it on I agreed but was annoyed already since they already messed up the pedicures. When we switched and he got facial my turn for message they came back in said they made mistake it was on for hot rocks but they missed it. 2 out of 3 of our services was messed up and we were there 1 hour longer then we should have been. I tried my best to keep a good attitude so the rest of the Anniversary evening wasn't focused around the very very bad Spa service we received on a very special day. They took a small amount off our bill but I think the should do a redo and give us this service again ( wish me luck convincing him how great a Spa Day would be again- this was his 1st Spa trip) This definitely was not a relaxing experience and that is expected! read more

I felt renewed after my facial. Rebecca shared what products she was using, what they do and made me relax all at the same time. She was kind and caring and didn't talk too much. She visited just the right amount and always made sure I was feeling good. While my skin was nourished, my soul was rested. This is an oasis in a busy, hectic life. They do a great job of pairing you with a masseuse that will give you the right amount of pressure and use scents/products that work for your skin type. She went the full 60 minutes and there was never any downtime. Always enjoyed my pedicures at Brickhouse. Until to-day I also felt as if they actually cared about their clients. Came home with a 101 fever and waiting to see if I have to Covid test. Hubby called to cancel for me and because I didn't give 24hr notice if I reschedule I have to put a credit card down so they can charge me as a "no show". But if I had just shown up in would have had to fill out their paperwork asking if I have symptoms, etc and would have been turned away for being symptomatic. If I had KNOWN I was going to become ill then I certainly would have given 24hr notice. read more

I've been to The Brick House several times for pedicures. It's been hit and miss depending on who is the technician. More good than bad usually. Today I had a facial and pedicure from Sharon. If you go for these things - be sure to request her. I haven't been this relaxed in weeks! The facial was perfect in means of technique, products - love the eucalyptus cleaner! My face felt great afterwards - not as greasy as it usually does. And true to form - my hair looked like I'd been shocked! But that is good sign of a great facial. The pedicure was lovely as well. Sharon didn't chat my ears off but instead just let me sit and enjoy. She is has a great touch and I enjoyed possibly the best leg massage ever. Nicely painted red sparkly toes and I was off. The place is very comfortable and offers gifts, jewelry and yummy coffee too. They almost always have a special and you get extra goodies.
