I made an Saturday morning appointment and brought along my mom, mother in law and sister in law. Jordan was my stylist which I was in luck because she is also the stores buyer so she knew absolutely every detail about the collection I tried on! I came in knowing I wanted to try on all the Stella York gowns in my price range, Jordan did not disappoint and didn't pull any dress that was over my budget. My party got a huge private room to sit in while I tried on 7-8 dresses. Jordan also showed me around the whole store to explain what they carried and where and let me browse a bit while she pulled the gowns. I must admit every. single. dress. I tried on could have been my dress but one stood out in particular and I was in and out and paid in less than 2 hours. In no way was it rushed, I'm just quick to make decisions. Honestly, THE best dress shop in Denver!! My first appt was with Bridal Collection and Crystal was an absolute dream! The overall experience was truly top notch and she helped me figure out what dress shape I wanted as I had no clue. I went to 4 other dress shops afterwards and they didn't even come close to the customer service or even the selection of dresses. Well, it has taken me 1.5 years since my wedding to write this review because I was so traumatized. My wedding dress was one of the biggest disappointments of my wedding day. I still get anxiety now as I start to write this. I was married on August 20th, 2022 and purchased my dress from The Bridal Collection... beware of all the YES people working there and being mislead! My mother passed away in 2019 and going through this experience without her was extremely difficult and I only had my bridesmaids with me for support. I found a dress I loved, said yes on the first visit. I was then sold and purchased the most expensive alterations package and right before I took the dress off (and we had finished our champagne) I casually said, "I almost just wish it could be more white!" to which the sales associate quickly replied, "We can have them do custom ivory/ivory instead of nude/ivory!" as if it was the best idea ever... I looked to my bridesmaids for assurance and they shrugged. I believe this turned into a $2k "upgrade" and my dress was off to be created! The sales rep quickly popped back in and said, "Oh, it may be a little harder to see the detail on the dress with the ivory/ivory.." but didn't seem concerned nor encouraged me not to proceed. So my wedding dress arrives 2 weeks before my big day and IT LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS... none of the embellishments were visible and suddenly there were visible white panels that didn't exist before in the midsection etc... there was nothing I could do. It was 2 weeks before the wedding! So I tried to make the best of it and then the seamstress stepped in. The dress that arrived fit me like a glove... it didn't need alterations. She proceeds to say she'll bring it in here and here etc. So we come back for the final fitting and the "alterations" made the dress look even worse and bunched up in weird places! I had to stand there while she literally took out (cutting with a tool) all the stitching of the alterations she had made so the dress fell as it should again... WHAT? I paid top tier for alterations that were made just to be undone because they were HORRIBLE. As I continue to try and make the best of the situation they "explained" to my bridesmaids how to button up the back of my dress... which they didn't explain correctly. The back of my dress wasn't properly done up for all my wedding photos and the ceremony. It wasn't until the reception when my cousin (who had her dress made by the same designer) came over and did it all up... I had no idea the entire time. Long of the short, my wedding dress was one of the biggest regrets I have from our wedding. I wish that I had gone to more stores and not purchased here. I wish my sales rep was more than a YES person trying to upsell us for more money instead of caring what the end result would actually be for my wedding. I felt ugly. Not one person commenting on how amazing my gown was, because it wasn't. For $7k I ended up with PTSD and regret. Make sure to bring people with you who have experience and will speak up (all of my bridesmaids were young and this was their fist wedding) if something doesn't sound right. The sales rep should have never offered to change the dress. A side comment did not warrant her selling me on what was pitched like a GREAT IDEA. I wish I had avoided The Bridal Collection at all costs. My bridesmaids told me post-wedding they were mortified when they saw the dress because of how different it looked but didn't want me to panic so they smiled. If anyone wants a wedding dress mine is available to give away for free. read more

My experience at The Bridal Collection was everything you could ever expect to want from a bridal salon, and then some. TBC was my last appt of my bridal shopping - I had basically gone to every salon in Denver by the time I went there, and I was exhausted and starting to feel like I would never find my gown. I walked into TBC and was instantly blown away by the space. Welcoming, spacious, and full of gorgeous designs of all styles! I worked with Sydney, and she was nothing short of exceptional. She walked me through the different sections, and then allowed my friend and I to browse on our own. She had told us who designed each section, which ones were within my ideal budget, and features of each designer. Instead of hovering while we browsed, she let us browse the collections at our own pace, and came back to check on us every so often. After I picked a few gowns (already 5 more than requested to start with), she saw us looking at three dresses in the last section, and let us know that we should pick one more from that section for our first round of try-ons. I wasn't sure which of the three I liked the best. Sydney asked if I trusted her, and I am so happy I said yes, because that last dress that she suggested ended up being my perfect dress. While trying on, she was quick to point out ways to customize certain dresses to make them more what I was looking for - which was super helpful for me! She quickly caught on to what I liked and didn't like from each style, and was able to make suggestions on other styles to try next. She knew I was very open to wearing a black gown, and pulled one from the back that matched the style I was looking for. While I didn't end up choosing the black gown, it was exactly the style I was looking for. I left my appointment with my perfect gown picked out, and scheduled a follow up appointment so that my mother could see it. Sydney had me step into the area with some natural light so that I could really see the sparkle of the dress I had chosen. She helped me visualize myself with different hairstyles, veils, and accessories - which was something I was struggling with. Overall, this was the best possible experience I could have asked for. Yesterday was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I was so nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't sure if I would find a dress that fits me perfectly. As soon as I arrived and met with my consultant Sydney, I felt very relieved. She made sure to calm my nerves and ensure she would find something that fit me. The shop is beautiful! When you walk through the doors, you get an excited feeling. The shop is very modern and the layout is stunning. The dresses are in the middle of the shop and all in little pushed in closets, I love the layout! I tried on two dresses by Justin Alexander that I thought I was going to love, I ended up not liking them on me at all. I was feeling pretty hot (temperature wise) because trying on those heavy dresses takes a lot. Sydney offered me water and aired me off and we took a 5 min break which was much appreciated. Not only are you making a huge decision but you feel a bit overwhelmed while doing it! My mother suggested a Martina Liana dress and I tried it on and absolutely loved it! After I found my dress, Sydney made sure to glam me all out in accessories which I ended up buying because they were so perfect. After getting all glammed up, Sydney brought me and the whole group over to the TBC backdrop where she asked me the big question "Are you saying yes to the dress" and I did!!! After I changed and figured out sizing, we had our group go over to the backdrop and take a bunch of fun pictures to remember the day. I am getting teary-eyed writing this review. The manger wrote me an email and was pretty professional so good on them for that I guess. However: here I am again! My wedding was Saturday. The dress that I got from here was a total piece of JUNK! It literally started falling apart and alterations coming undone after wearing it for 30 minutes. It fit like a glove and looked beautiful for about 25 minutes. The five stars are for my stylist, Jessica, who helped me find my dream wedding gown. I never thought I would be the type of girl who would cry tears of happiness over a dress, but Jessica led me to the gown that was practically created for my personality, my awkward body, and my wedding vision. Jessica was fantastic towards my 8-year-old niece, who came along with us, and didn't make us feel rushed at all. That contrasted greatly with how I felt at the three other bridal boutiques I had already been to. I came into The Bridal Collection thinking I had already found my gown. I was even on the fence with cancelling my appointment. When I told Jessica this, she kindly asked if she could see a picture of the gown I liked. She was excited for me and continued to excitedly show me the gowns at The Bridal Collection, ultimately finding a dress for me that largely outshone the dress I thought I had already set my heart on. I'm unsure how the other stylists are at The Bridal Collection, but I feel extremely lucky to have been paired with Jessica. Dress shopping for me was intimidating. 1) I was plus size, what ever that means, and 2)I had no idea where to start. My sisters and mom flew into DIA to help me pick out a dress so our time was limited, and I did some pre work in investigating places. I scheduled my appointment with the Bridal collection last because they had given me such a warm reception (mush more than a lot of the others who treated me like I wasn't good enough for their dresses since I couldn't even fit a sample size over my chest) Jackie helped us find the dress, she found the extra jacket that made the dress perfect, and they bent over backwards to make everything work for me and my bridesmaids. Flash forward to my first fitting, 1mo before my wedding. I had lost 50lbs and 3 dress sizes and am now a dress size 14. At my first fitting my dress swimmed in me and the seamstresses knew they had their work cut out for them. They trimmed down the dress with minimal seams (pay by the seam, right?) and I felt very beautiful. The next day I got a call from them. The owner wanted to celebrate with me my weightloss, and they ordered me my dress, in the right size! Incredible! Not only did my dress fit better, and closer to what it should look like, but it cut down my bill for alterations significantly. I can't recommend this shop more to brides. It seems like every event and wedding is a celebration for them. They are kind, inviting, and multitalented! Other store sell dresses, but this is the full deal, at a great price, and seems like shopping with great friends! I had the absolute experience here with Malissa! I was suggested to the bridal collection through a fellow yelper. At first, I was hesitant in coming here because there was another boutique that carried the designer I was looking at and it was a lot closer to where I live. However, still not settling for the dress that I had to have, I found another dress that drew my interest. Bridal collection is the only boutique in Colorado that carries the designer I had found. Before making an appointment, I decided to call first to make sure they carry the dress I had my eye on. Coming in to the store, I was blown away to how big the store is. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by all the beautiful ladies that work at bridal collection. After filling out some information in regards to my wedding, my consultant came to grab me and my guests. Right off the bat, she asked if we wanted water and took us to our semi private room. Once settled, Malissa had me describe the style of dress I was interested in then we took a stroll around their showroom floor to grab the dresses. I love how their showroom is separated by designer and price range. She showed me several dresses that she personally thought would look good or I would like. After grabbing a few dresses, she stayed in the changing room with me as I changed from dress to dress. She was so helpful in ensuring I was zipped or tied up in the dresses along with making sure I got clipped in. I did mention that this was our fifth boutique and I still hadn't found THE dress. So she explained the feeling of how a dress makes you feel and I'm so thankful that she did because I did get the feels for a specific dress. With that being said, I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I am so excited that I have finally found my dress that encompasses everything that I've been wanting. Unfortunately, my dress was over my budget, but I couldn't say no when that was THE dress I know was me. Thankfully, you put 60% down then pay the rest in full once it comes in and goes into alterations. They have their own alterations department and packages for alterations. My sister decided to visit the Bridal Collection for her very first bridal gown appointment. Prom season is approaching and dozens of teens were milling about the jewel-toned gowns. If I was still 18, this would be an amazing place to find a one-of-a-kind prom dress, but alas, my high school days are long gone! Our energy and excitement culminated in anxiety and hurry by the end of the rushed appointment. I was bracing myself for an experience similar to one on Say Yes to the Dress, but the consultant was obviously in a hurry to get the gown out the door. My sister did not know what to expect and I feel that the consultant unfairly used this to her advantage. We were seated in a bustling room and the appointment began before all four guests had arrived. She quickly discounted my opinion because I was not married--never mind that I am the bride's only sister and maid of honor. We could hardly keep up as she swept my sister from rack to rack; my mom, sis's future mother-in-law and I were left trailing behind in racks of tulle and Swarovski crystals. The gowns were beautiful, but not enough time was given to allow us to feel out the best ones for my sister. This is the biggest day of your entire life--being rushed is almost insulting. When my sister felt she had "the one," the consultant made a proclamation comparing this moment to finding a husband--there wasn't a need to look further. She whisked my sister away to speedily take two measurements. TWO?! And this is the gown that you will wear on your WEDDING DAY?! Red flag! My sister returned and informed me that she had been advised to cancel her afternoon appointment at a premier shop in the Highlands. No. No no no. A wedding dress is the most important garment that you will wear. If you are 99% sure, it's not it. If it's truly THE GOWN, it will sell itself. I came here for my wedding dress but knew because of my budget I had to head straight to the special occasion section. The manager greeted me and was so kind and showed me to the special occasion area. There wasn't a huge selection of white dresses but even with a bunch of teen agers running around trying on prom dresses Jenny made me feel so special. She waswilling to run to the bridal side to get accessories for me to try on. I ended up finding a beautiful white prom dress that Jenny put a tulle skirt on and it became completely bridal. She really knew exactly how to do her job and made me feel so special even with my small budget which isn't something I found at other places. Susan is a miracle worker! After trying on (and ruling out) dozens of gowns over the past 1.5 years I knew it was time to pick "the one" as our wedding is approaching. I knew I was in a tricky position, I've worked as a bridal model and competed in pageants so I knew it couldn't just be any old dress. Having had 6 appointments at 4 different bridal shops across Colorado, I can say so confidently that The Bridal Collection is the absolute best! The store itself is beautiful and well laid out. The bridal suites are comfortable and well separated so that you almost always feel like you're the only one there. They also have by far the best selection of dresses. TBC has a wonderful variety of both styles and price points - far more than I saw at any other shop! The entire team at TBC was so incredibly kind and sincere and made me feel welcomed and relaxed the whole time. Their upgrades are amazing and made my 'yes' moment with my family that much more special. Even the administrative things like the in-house alterations, dress insurance, and dress storage has made everything so easy and stress-free! The best part of the entire experience though was my stylist, Sydney. She was the most down to earth, fun, and knowledgeable stylist I worked with. My daughter purchased her bridal gown from TBC and is also having her alternations done @ TBC. We have had nothing short of a perfect experience here! Sydney was fantastic in helping my daughter pick out a perfect "one of a kind" gown. The staff made her feel so special and she truly enjoyed the pampering. They also worked with us to help make payments easier. Today's alterations appointment went so smoothly. The "alterations specialist" walked us through the changes she was making and explained things like how to hold the train and attach her bustle after the ceremony. The Bridal Collection gives the appearance of a fancy, fun, high-quality place to try on and potentially purchase a wedding dress. They advertise dresses that will work for most budgets: $1,000-$8,000. It is awesome that they can offer this range and that they have a house collection (cheapest) and a variety of designers including couture designers. The store has a nice lobby with plenty of seating and fruit-infused water with a stock of champagne glasses and the staff at the front desk were very warm and excited for each group walking int. The shop is quite large and spread out with different racks for each designer. As you walk through the store you can see various fitting rooms and plenty of brides trying on dresses. It was a fun atmosphere and I can imagine that for most it would be an enjoyable experience to shop here. I thought the variety of dresses was decent, but a little narrow in overall aesthetic compared to other shops. If you wanted something super unique or not trending now, it may not be here. The reason for the 3-star rating is the stylist we worked with last Saturday. I came with a friend who was trying on wedding dresses and we were partnered with Erica (sp?). At first I was into Erica's cool nature, but as the 1ish hour appointment wore on it started to feel like Erica didn't like her job very much. She may have been having a bad day, but her lack of enthusiasm was apparent and sad. She did bring dresses and suggestions based on what shape and style my friend was liking, but when it came to her attitude it was just a bit dull, on the verge of rude (given the nature of her role) and felt like she wanted us to go home. I left feeling a little jealous we didn't get matched with someone else. I hope Erica was just having a bad day (which could be entirely possible) because individuals in the wedding industry need a positive and cheerful attitude to help celebrate each bride and their upcoming wedding. read more

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I have shopped at TBC Occasions before for prom and pageant dresses so when I got engaged I knew I wanted to come here for my dress. The staff is super friendly but also in a genuine way and not just in a way that made me feel that they only cared about making a sale. Finding my dress was so much fun and I definitely felt heard when I told them what I was looking for and my budget. I did try some out of my comfort zone just to see but ultimately I went with one of the Belle dresses from the Disney collection because I am a true Disney nerd at heart and it had everything I wanted. Plus Belle was my mom's favorite princess so I took that as a sign. It was very emotional for me as neither of my parents are around anymore but they were incredibly supportive and made sure that despite that, I had a wonderful time. As did my bonus daughter as she skipped around pointing at all the pretty dresses. I even received a little note a few days after I purchased my dress. Everything is so easy here. I just scheduled both of my alterations appointments and I can't wait to see my dress again. I am so happy that I found my dream dress and I can't wait to marry my soulmate in it. After searching for my dress at 5 different boutiques.. I finally found the one at the bridal collection. The boutique is super cute, upon walking in I was immediately greeted by the girls and taken back for my appointment. After briefly discussing my wants and dislikes.. we started trying on different dresses.. of course the first dress that was pulled by my stylist, Erin, I knew I had found the one. Even though I tried on 6 or so dresses, I ended up buying the first dress that was pulled.. which just goes to show... Erin really knows how to do her job. She took in everything that I said, and really worked her magic. So happy to have finally found my dress. I will definitely recommend this boutique too al my friends! read more
