I never expected this. All this does is weigh down the hem and not let bottom of the pant leg move properly. I haven't washed them yet, but I am sure the pleat will sag after a washing, since it is only tacked on the side seams. I spent $30 each on this shoddy workmanship and will not be doing business with them again.

This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

They even scheduled an on-site consultation at Little White Dress, where I assumed I'd get a quote. Instead, before any work began, Donna Beth required a $1200 payment upfront via Zelle. She presented herself as "the best in the business," so I went ahead with it, trusting the recommendation. I only saw Donna Beth once, during that initial consultation at Little White Dress. After paying, all my subsequent check-up fittings took place at her studio in Cherry Creek, where she wasn't present. Instead, I was handed off to her assistants. This was disappointing, especially since my alterations were relatively simple--just taking in the dress and shortening it slightly. When it came time to pick up the dress, none of the changes had been done correctly. With only three days until I was scheduled to leave for my destination wedding in Cabo, my dress was still too long and about an inch too big in the waist. After they reassured me they'd work overnight, I returned the next day, but the fit was still off. I ended up spending three hours in her shop while her assistants & seamstress kept running the dress back & forth to the back making rushed adjustments. The experience was stressful and disheartening. At one point, I was even calling other alteration specialists for help out of sheer frustration. It was clear Donna Beth was more focused on an upcoming runway show than on her customers. In the end, my dress was wearable, and my wedding in Cabo was beautiful, but my experience with Donna Beth Creations was the only part of my wedding process that brought me to tears. The company I bought my wedding dress from quoted me close to $700 to alter my dress and bustle...ridiculous! The alterations were going to cost more than the dress itself. Gold Label charged me HALF the price and Sunny is far more knowledgeable and kind than any of the other alteration ladies I spoke to! The company I bought my dress from had also forcefully guilted me into buying an expensive corset and underskirt for my dress which made my light, summery dress feel heavy and hot (talk about feeling like a plastic wrapped sausage link), the corset squished my breasts to the point of nonexistence, and all of those undergarments added a ton of bulk to my body! Sunny took one look at me (and listened to me!) and knew exactly what I wanted out of my dress instead (starting with getting rid of the corset and underskirt and adding cups). I am beyond pleased with Sunny's work and professionalism. I finally feel like myself in my dress and it fits absolutely wonderfully. I'm already telling my best friend who gets married in September to avoid the retailer for alterations and go straight to Sunny at Gold Label!
