I never expected this. All this does is weigh down the hem and not let bottom of the pant leg move properly. I haven't washed them yet, but I am sure the pleat will sag after a washing, since it is only tacked on the side seams. I spent $30 each on this shoddy workmanship and will not be doing business with them again.

While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

She had raved about her experience then and I was excited to take my own dress here. Even with Covid, they were very sweet and accommodating, gave me excellent advice regarding how we should take a few things in (the top front/back of my dress was ALL illusion paneling and I wanted to be able to lift my arms) and they really knocked it out of the park. They took excellent care of me and my dress was PERFECT. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing as well. I was prepared to pay a solid $1k more than I was charged due to the delicate nature of my dress. You're in the best hands here. You and your dress will be thrilled with the results!

I reached out to my high pressure sales person Tate Zigerman to let her know and the first thing she told me was that my suit I sent the picture of was a suit she didn't sell me?? I put my belt on the same way I do with all of my other clothes and never had this issue. Immediately, I thought, "oh man, this is how it's going to be after she is done with the sale???" Either way, a pair of split pants and a suit jacket with the interior torn (both after only 2 wears) on top of the belt loop, told me that what i am paying good money for is not worth it. Buttons falling off, Threads coming out.... Not what you would expect. The answer form Tate and her team... "there is only a 30 day repair window after anything is provided to you..." It's unbelievable and frustrating. Not to mention Tate's sales tactics are VERY aggressive and she asks for referrals so she can make her President's Club every time. She has absolutely no remorse, she is in it for the sale and then will leave you hanging with any issue. It's completely unprofessional but more importantly, the quality of the clothing is sub par at best. Again, Buyer beware!!!!!
