She did an excellent job at hearing what my dress preferences were and finding the perfect blend of options for me to try on. I was impressed that with such a short description and only trying on 6 dresses, I was able to say "Yes to the Dress!" Not only did Sophie do a great job at finding my vision in the perfect dress, but she also handles the entire appointment with professionalism, empathy, and kindness! I felt so comfortable working with her. She was responsive to my questions over texts after the dress was selected and gave me timely updates! We were lucky in the appointment day was during the trunk show. I was able to get a nice discount for purchasing the day of - cherry on top! Ania the location itself has a wide variety of dresses, a lot of space to view your dress. The viewing area outside the dressing room was wonderful - you get to see the vision as a bride. Ania Bridal was my 2nd bridal boutique I shopped for my wedding dress. I was greeted with the most professional staff and they seemed truly happy to see me. I chose a dress that day - my dream dress. I ultimately took my dress to Ania's for alterations after going to 2 other places beforehand-one of which quoted me almost DOUBLE for the same alterations. Ania's did a PHENOMENOL job. Don't go anywhere else. Begin here! The alterations lady is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ania Bridal was the first and last bridal shop I visited, and for good reason. They accommodated a last minute appointment and had a gorgeous, wide selection of dresses. The bridal suites were spacious and brightly lit. I also couldn't have asked for a better stylist. Genna was super helpful and informative. She took the time to get to know my style and budget, and tailored her suggestions based on my reactions to each dress I tried on. In the end, I went with the second dress, a decision that was solidified at the end with the vail and added sleeve detail. read more

We purchased my daughter's wedding gown from Ania Bridal. The associate Audrey helped us at the appointment. She seemed to have certain dresses picked out to put my daughter in. She really didn't listen to what she wanted. She was also putting her in dresses much too big, this was a special sale therefore the dress she purchased was what she took home. I voiced my concerns several times regarding the dress being too large for her and the amount of alterations that would be involved, including the cost that would be involved in that. She reassured.us several times that the dress, as we were told was a size 20 could be altered to fit. She even went as far as to have the lady from alterations come over and tell us it could be made to fit her. I mention the size 20 because I felt the size was several sizes too big. I know bridal runs small however she was a size 10 street size so I thought she should have been putting her in dresses in the 14-16 range, and I did also mention this to Audrey. She insisted she needed a size 20. Well after purchasing the dress, final sale, and getting it home it was then I was able to look at the tag to realize it was not a size 20 but a 22. So needless to say the dress cannot be altered down to fit her and we have had to purchase a completely different dress, size 12! My advice would be if you want to have more of an opinion with selection of what dresses you try on then don't go to Ania. My daughter was not even allowed to look at the dresses other than the ones the associate chose for her to try on. The whole experience was not great. We were rushed and the associate was very pushy. It feels like she was going to get an extra bonus for selling her the dress she did. And the fact that she said several times it was a size 20 just to find out she lied was very uneasy. The other thing we were lied to about was there was a small spot on the front of the dress that both Audrey and the lady from alterations said could be removed with alcohol or dry cleaning, which from the tags both clearly say not to do. Just question the training and knowledge they have there. The bridal salon we purchased the second dress from was a completely different experience. The associate was accommodating, and took my daughter shopping to pick out the dresses she wanted to try on and at no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed. I made the appointment with Ania because of all the reviews. I fee the need to write this because it is a big purchase but the memories are priceless. Just beware! read more

Walked in on Tuesday the 15th at about 230pm and the 2 women at the front desk hardly acknowledged us and treated us like we weren't worthy to be in the store. Don't give me a business card and tell me to shop online when I'm in your store. No one was in the building, and we did not have an appt, but maybe have some respect. This shop is amazing!! I loved everything about my appointment here: the champagne, the dressing room with my name on the screen, and enough room for my bridal party to sit comfortably. Jordan, my stylist, was so friendly and easy to talk to, very helpful without being pushy. She asked great questions and immediately picked out dresses that were 100% my style. This shop has an incredible curation of designers, and the dresses she chose were spot on. The only reason I didn't end up buying here was because I found a comparable dress for $600 at Brides for a Cause, and chose to save the money. I was absolutely blown away by Ania Bridal!! I had tried on dresses at two other stores, and this was the third store I tried dresses on at. My consultant Genna absolutely rocked it during our appointment! I gave her all the ideas I was looking for in a dress and she brought me 3 of the most perfect dresses to choose from right off the bat, she didn't waste any time - I didn't feel like I had to try on a million dresses to find my dream dress! My appointment today was with Carmen and she truly went above and beyond more than any other person who has provided me personal assistance in my life in any arena. This was my first ever bridal appointment and I was nervous but she made me feel so at ease. It gets personal fast since you can't really wear a bra under wedding gowns, and she made me feel so comfortable in my own skin even though we had been strangers just moments before baring it all. During a long fun day full of various bridal shop hopping to hopefully find 'the one', my 3rd stop at Ania Bridal was the one that led me to cancel my 4th appointment of the day..because I said yes! :D The experience was great from start to finish, from the excitement in the air throughout whole shop down to our own room with a personalized TV screen welcome and complimentary champagne. Our bridal stylist, Kassidy, greeted us with energetic enthusiasm, confident and ready to help find the perfect look. After her telling her a little about my style goals, and the wedding venue, she went out for a few minutes to bring in some options. I just want to say this place is amazing. I just got recently engaged and we don't plan on getting married until 2027 so buying a dress right now without an official date seems too early. But, Carmen made me feel so comfortable. I thought I'd have to find a wedding dress off the rack because I only had a few months between engagement and wedding date but they helped my find my dream dress (ended up being the first dress I tried on) and made sure it got here with ample time before the wedding! They even have their own seamstress so you don't have to worry about finding someone that can alter your dress. Love that great restaurants are nearby and never had a problem finding parking close by on the street and there's a parking garage conveniently right across the street to! I live in LA and went to a few bridal salons there and had horrendous experiences because I'm a size 10-12 (US) and nothing fit -- like sobbing in the car afterward type of bad experience.
